I stayed in this hotel as part of a group tour and made the unfortunate decision of adding an additional night before the tour. As others have said before me these rooms are small, not just not big but small, and if you have 2 bags then there is no room to put them. I had some trouble with my... more

I stayed in this hotel on my last night in Chile for one night only. As previous reviewers have complained, the standard rooms are very small with en suite bathrooms that are as cramped as bathrooms on ships. However, I was in a double room on my own so I wasn't too disconcerted. Breakfasts in this hotel are great -... more

The rooms seemed clean enough. I was glad I didn't spend too long in them though. There was no air conditioning and windows were left open. It would have been easy to climb into a room from across the flat roofs. A week's visit was more than long enough. The rooms were vedry small ~ the wardrobe was so narrow... more

The room are really small, not mentioned the bathroom. They give us the first room in front of the stair in the second floor, it did not have AC, just a fan, and the sun in the afternoon was totally in reflecting in the room. We asked to change us the room, and they did. The breakfasts is really good,... more

The tiniest room, with only space for the double bed, it was almost impossible to open the door to get into the room. not charming, dated and dusty and very expensive, and claustrophobic more

The location is in Presidentia which is a great part of the city with easy access to BellaVista and many other areas. The front desk staff are very friendly, the breakfast are good and internet is pretty fast in S. American standards... The rooms are small, but i didnt care since i didnt spend much time in the room...Overall, I... more

I had a corner room on the floor and it was very spacious with a balcony and mini bar and i definitely had no complaints at all. Although i did see the other rooms and they were tiny! I didn't pay extra or even ask for it so perhaps if you ask you'll get lucky. The internet was free....security was... more

My boyfriend and I stayed here due to a pre-packaged special running on Travelocity. We planned on an inexpensive, but fun and romantic getaway. I would not stay here again. We were led to believe that we would receive a double bed with air conditioning. The website also said that the hotel had converters for us to use. When we... more

The location of the hotel was great not far from the city and airport. When we first saw the hotel from the outside it looked great so we were excited about staying there as i got recommended by a friend. Checkin went smoothly, we got shown our room and our mouths dropped, and the room was tiny. It was with... more
