Stayed here for a week and could not be more pleased. The staff were so helpful and courteous (most speak English well). The breakfast was extensive (and the coffee was great--difficult to find good coffee in Chile). Very friendly staff, some of whom spoke English. Nothing was too much trouble and they helped us with telephone calls to sort out onward bookings and car hire locally. Lots of space in rooms but no tea/coffee making stuff . Almost instantly a coffee maker appeared when we asked and this was the case with other requests. Excellent breakfast selection.... more

Good location close to bars and restaurants of Providencia and historic centre. Comfortable and large rooms, staff helpful. Surrounding area felt very relaxed for strolling around at any time.
