Hotel Staff went above and beyond every day. The room was gorgeous, with views of the Andes and a large flat screen tv. Our every need was satisfied at the hotel. It is a few blocks from a mall and next to a grocery store. A great spa is across the street. more

Quite ok hotel if you have a car. By the way, I had a car but it was complicated to get real information about how parking works. The service: not at all they make you feel welcomed. It is more or less a type of service like this: please, just talk to me if you really need. Do you know... more

Had a corner room with the most incredible views: 2 views looking directly at the mountains and a 3rd which was a reflection off the glass of the building next door. Thought the food was expensive but this seemed to be the same situation wherever we ate in Chile. We were quoted very high prices for private tours but found... more

Where to begin. First time in Santiago, first time in South America. I did not know what to expect. But when we arrived at the Marriott straight from the airport a world of class and luxury opened for us. We were paying with points. (100.000 for 5 days and worth every single one of them.) They placed us in a... more

After a bunch of arguing about early check in that was promised but not available, the manger tried to 'make good' by putting me and my colleagues into business suites. Definitely one of my top hotel stays: fantastic, beautifully designed suite, with a meeting area that fit 10 people easily for a meeting (with mountain views thorough large windows). Luxurious... more

We stayed there celebrating our two-year anniversary. Good service, excelent concierge and reasonable location. The room was very good and clean. Make sure you get a room that has been recently modified, so you can escape from the old ones. more

We stayed here for 4 nights and whilst it is a little bit of a trek to get to downtown, this hotel has a lot going for it. First of all it is within incredibly easy walking distance of restaurants and shops. It is also only a 15-20 minute walk away from nearest subway station if you've had your fill... more

Our stay here was very fun. The rooms are very clean and the service is great. Our only complaint is that it is a bit of a drive into downtown Santiago. The area is very safe, but you feel like you are out in the suburbs. more

The Marriott was certainly up to Marriott standards with a clean well appointed room, excellent bed, good bathroom, courteous service, and appealing lobby. It is also very close to a nice shopping area with restaurants. more

My husband and I spent 4 nights at the Santiago Marriott in May 2009. Our room was amazing with views of the volcanoes, a large comfy chair to read in, and a good sized desk. We slept in the most comfortable huge bed, with lovely bedding and pillows. The staff was very accomodating, and would speak Spanish to us instead... more
