The location is very good. Got charge twice for my stay and tried to explain that I already paid when I made the reservation. The person at the front desk didn't understand this. Stayed there in mid June and at end of July still waiting for the refund. more

The Hotel is a little Old, the location is Ok. The best one they have is their Indian Restaurant..one of the bests in Santiago.You can find in the near of Hotel all you need for a pleasent stay. more

Unsafe and unpleasant location. Walking distance from city center but you have to cross the "Santiago brazilian red light district" on your way there. The main restaurant is an indian one and the smell of curry is everywhere. Rooms are not clean and bathrooms need serious refurbishing. Stay there only if you don't have a choice. 3 storey hotel is situated on a busy road very close to the city centre of Santiago. The metro station Santa Ana is 2 minutes walk away and 6 minutes from Plaza de Ormas. This seems to be the only hotel in this part of the city centre - but that was not a problem with easy public transport links.... more
