A very nice hotel when staying a few days. The charm of an old house converted hotel. Good room, ours overlooked the Garden and little pool. An oasis in the middle of a busy city. Enjoyed spending our time here. Good breakfast, helpful and attentive staff, would stay again.

My boyfriend and I had an overall nice stay here. We had read in some reviews room 1, across from the front desk, is not ideal in terms of location. When we initially booked, we didn't have this room, but a few weeks prior we received an e-mail stating we were now in a "accessible room," which is room 1.... More

This is a very nice boutique hotel in a great location for sightseeing, nightlife, etc. The hotel itself is very charming, and has a very homey feel. The rooms are fairly large (though they got extremely hot at night. The small pool in the outdoor courtyard was nice and the breakfast service was ok. Overall, the hotel was nice, the... More

We much prefer a locally owned individual hotel to a large international chain and were not disappointed with Lastarria. We arrived early from an international flight and had to wait for our room to be prepared. We sat outside in the pool/garden area and were offered coffee. The room was absolutely lovely - clean, spacious, bathroom a good size, too.... More

I stayed at the Lastarria for two nights and didn't feel like the hotel is worth the cost they charge. While the hotel is nice on the surface and the location is great, the service was incredibly poor. When I first arrived about 1 PM, no one was at the front desk and no one could open the front door... More

My family of eight concluded our Chilean itinerary with an overnight stay here and we were delighted with the charm, location and -smiling now- eccentricities of an older property. Built in 1927 as a private mansion and since converted to a boutique hotel we appreciate smaller, individual properties such as this over the larger mega-hotels. Even the squeaky wooden floorboards... More

Lived in the hotel for 2 days with my family. We got a bit worried when we arrived outside the hotel. The hotel is located on a backstreet but in the centre of Santiago. The service was god, the rooms where really nice and had large bathrooms. The breakfast was only just ok. And the bartender was far from the... More

We stayed here 2 nights based on TA rating and were not disappointed but could have been. This hotel is tastefully furnished in a Victorian style with the squeakist parquetry floors (which we knew about and it was not really an issue, funny really). It has a very nice cafe, lovely outdoor coutryard seating area, nice smallish courtyard pool (did... More

I stayed in room 4 at Lastarria Boutique Hotel, Santiago from December 17, 2014 until January 1, 2015. It was very pleasant. The location of the hotel is excellent. 15 minutes walk to down town and Plaza de Armas. 5 minutes walk to the Lastarria Street with many good restaurants. 5-10 minutes walk to the Bellavista neighbourhood with a lot... This was our base for exploring Santaigo, the location was very central in the bohemian neighbourhoods, walking distance to Patio Bella Vista. The rooms were very nice and the courtyard outside the breakfast room was lovely. Recommend this as abase for exploring the city
