I've been coming to Santiago for a few years now and I'm glad I have now found this place..! Amazing experience... Staff is extremely nice... breakfast and "tea hour " are great. The restaurant of the hotel is pretty good and a very nice option for dinner (loved their salads). Room is spacious, comfy, quiet, clean and had fresh flowers..... More

My wife and I stayed in a suite over the weekend while we were waiting to catch our flight to Sydney after spending 7 weeks in South America. It was a lovely relaxing experience and just what we needed after 7 hectic weeks of travelling. The room was lovely and very spacious and the staff were very friendly and helpful.... More

I stayed here three years ago and decided to come back and stay again for a week. My room was absolutely beautiful, comfortable, quiet. The breakfast and tea times are really lovely. The coffee and eggs are perfect. The chef, Francisco, finds fresh ingredients and prepares everything in the small hotel kitchen. The hotel has a pool, and I'd love... More

Nicely located, good breakfast, welcoming and fun. Staff eager to help find the best parts to visit. Felt secure too. Comfy rooms and bed. Good en suite. Close to main restaurant area. Perhaps avoid the front room downstairs. A bit of street noise.

The hotel was lovely and the desk clerks were very nice. Convenient location. One complaint was the floors are very rickety and you hear everyone moving round at all times. Probably better for business or romantic. I was here with 2 teenagers and we had 2 rooms connecting which was very convenient. The 2nd room was small but it was... More

Could not recommend this place more highly. Staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke great english. Our room was beautiful and the bed was the most comfortable we had in 3 months in south america. Wifi worked perfectly. Great location in trendy lastarria and the breakfast was much better than other breakfasts we had in chile. A real class act... More

We stayed here for two nights, separated by a trip to Easter Island. The first night, we had room 13 which was very quiet and you would never have known you were in a major city. The second night, we were in room 4 on the first floor from where there was a lot of street and traffic noise, and... More

The Lastarria Boutique has got to be one of the nicest places I have stayed in. The surroundings and the building itself are lovely and quaint. It is small, just 16 rooms, hence service is so personalized and I could not want for anything in the 2 days I spent there. All staff I dealt with were perfect. The rooms... More

just spent 3 nights at this small (14 rooms) hotel. Really comfortable room, friendly and welcoming staff and an overall great experience. We felt very much 'at home'. The room is well appointed. The 1927 floorboards creak but that adds to the charm. The hotel is really well placed in the Lastarria district with lots of good restaurants within walking... More

Lastaarria boutique hotel is a small hotel that provides personalised service . The location proved convenient to restaurants and was in walking distance to the fish market - 0.5 km . The remodelled building was well equipped. My only criticism is the squeaky floorboards but this really is a factor of the age of the building. Our room was a... More
