We have just spent 3 nights at this gem of a hotel in the Providencia area of Santiago. This is a very safe area and the hotel is situated in a quiet side street only 10 minutes walk from the underground station, Manual Montt. Excellent restaurants are also within minutes walking distance and our room, at the back of the... More

One of the highlights of our trip to South America was Santiago and staying in this fantastic hotel. We booked a cruise out of Valparaiso and decided to spend a few days in Santiago first. The staff was excellent, friendly, and extremely helpful - David helped us book our transportation to the port prior to our arrival and helped us... More

This is a great choice while staying in Santiago. Room was clean and staff were very helpful. A/C worked well and it was within walking distance to great restaurants and pubs. I would highly recommend staying here. We were able to store our bags here on our last day past check out. Breakfast was great and served from 830 until... More

This is a wonderful small intimate hotel that truly does feel like you are living in a good friend's home for a nice visit! The rooms are spacious, comfortable; the place is spotless. Feels more like a B&B in terms of atmosphere yet has all the privacy of a hotel.Staff were so amazing and when we came back the second... More

I've been to many hotels, but never met so many nice and friendly people at the reception. Without exception. It's a small quite hotel in a nice neighborhood. Rooms are not extremely large but clean and the bed is good. Close to the subway and with a lot of restaurants around the corner.

Very good hotel, friendly staff. Good location, near train station. It's in a safe neighborhood, so it's fine to take a walk in the evening or even later. Some great bars in main avenue just a couple of blocks way as well as some restaurants, drug store, sports shops, etc.

Having used tripadvisor to pick our first night in Santiago we were disappointed with the results! We went for a higher priced room than we had previously been used to hoping for some luxury. Instead we were faced with a basement room that was soo noisy we had one of our worst nights sleep! We also were not warmly greeted... More

The hotel is in a nice quiet neighbourhood of Santiago but easy enough to get into the the city centre. Our room was in the basement but was light enough and the decor was simple but pleasant. The breakfast selection was fantastic, the best we had in South America. The staff were very friendly but the advice wasn't always that... More

It may not have all the facilities of a large city centre hotel but more than makes up for it it with it welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff and pleasant rooms. The location is good, with easy access to the nearby metro station, cafes and restaurants. Sad to report that my wallet was pick-pocketted in the city (suggest taking all reasonable... More

I stayed with a friend in this hotel for 3 nights total. The rooms were clean, not particularly large, bathrooms good quality, and the hotel was in a very safe area near many sights and restaurants. The staff was polite, bilingual and helpful. There is a continental breakfast in the morning. I would recommend this hotel to the person that... More
