We recently stayed here 3 nights, and found the hotel very central to all we wanted to do. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and there were a variety of restaurants to walk to. Rooms are small but comfortable.

This hotel has a great location, super friendly and helpful staff with good English and very nice and comfortable public areas. Yes the rooms are a little small but this is a city hotel and it had everything we needed or expected (including a safe) and better shower than many. Our room was in the basement (2 of them are)... Small quirky hotel in a residential/office neighbourhood meaning constant daytime traffic. It is a quick walk to the main street of Providencia with restaurants, small grocery stores and banks nearby including Scotiabank. Also the Metro. Staff are young, friendly and eager to help, their English is good recognizing they only get to practise it on guests. A special note here... More

We stayed here for several nights in February 2015. The hotel is well located to hit the places of interest in Santiago. Breakfast was nice with lots of delicious options. Yes the rooms are small - but we managed just fine. The staff were really helpful and recommended some nice restaurants to try. We would stay again if we were... More

The bed was comfortable but the rooms were small, particularly the single room which was cell like with a tiny tv. Breakfast was disappointing as there was nothing hot except tea and coffee. If you are leaving early, don't bother with their early breakfast as it unappetizing bread and cold cereal. I failed to see the charm in this boutique... More

Dear Sir JeanEdmonton Canada. I appreciate the time you took to make a review about our hotel and I regret that you had not felt yourself comfortable. I stayed at Meridiano Sur for two nights in January with my wife, before going to Patagonia. The staff is super friendly, the common areas stylish, and the backyard is the perfect spot for an afternoon glass of wine. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Meridiano Sur, both because of its perfect location and the great features of the hotel itself.... More

Very cute boutique hotel in residential area. Staff was great and lobby area and breakfast was very good. The downside was that the rooms were small and noisy. You could hear noise from above floor and the street was very busy. Also no elevator

We stayed here for two nights at the end of our trip to Santiago. The hotel is very cute and in a great location in Providencia. The area is lively with lots of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. There is also a subway station within a couple of blocks. If you are looking to stay in this part of town... More

We ended our Chile vacation staying four days in Santiago at this boutique hotel. The location was in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything. Ricardo, Frank and other hotel staff were very kind and helpful. Each morning we enjoyed a buffet breakfast with fresh and yummy options. The small public places in the hotel were delightful to hang out... More
