This hotel was very modern no elavator, and no AC in the rooms. We arrived in January (Summer) and did not feel the need for AC but they do provide a fan in the room. The location was great located in a trendy part of town near many restaurants, shops and transportation. Price was okay and the room was average.... More

I traveled alone and I felt pretty safe on site. It is close to the metro and bus stop and also you can go walking to the center and the Santa Lucia hill. The flat has a small kitchen and nearby market which greatly facilitated the economy with meals. On the street of the hotel there are many restaurants to... More

We enjoyed two nights in a lovely apartment, would sleep three!in two bedrooms. We had modern conveniences such as hob, microwave fridge etc, there is a supermarket nearby. Also restaurants, double glazing and air conditioning so good on hot afternoons. Lovely big double bed, very comfortable. No face cloths, or tea towels . The staff who welcomed us spoke great... We were traveling with another couple so wanted an apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Lastarria 61 had 2 such units. We shared #401 on the fourth floor. It was a 2 story unit, with a bedroom (twin beds) on the first floor, along with bath and kitchen/living room area; and a bedroom/bath on the second floor with access... More

This is a great location for self-service apartments that have a full refridgerator, microwave, cleaning supplies, utensils, and outdoor terrace. The caveat is that it depends what room you get. The layout of rooms are different. We had a great room that was not facing the street, so did not encounter the noise problems that our friends across the hallway... More

What a perfect end to a month in Sth America. We were welcomed by a charming and helpful young man who quickly settled us into a luxurious, spotless, spacious apartment. Even though we were right in the middle of a trendy eating precinct, it was surprisingly quiet in our room. There were plenty of interesting hot spots within walking distance.... More

The good is the location. Lots of restaurants close, nice street, metro close, staff. The bad was my room. 12. Do not get it. It is close to thr front door which buzzes with every entry and exit. Because it has wooden floors, you hear everything from upstairs. Room 12 has the staircase over it, so you hear everyone going... More

Apartment hotel in perfect location for Santiago, right on Lastarria, a few doors away from lots of restaurants, but #43,where we stayed, is around the bend of the street and we had no problems with noise. Our studio unit was perfect size for the two of us. We did not have a street view, and that may be why it... More

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment (#12) on the ground floor. The room had no outlook but the windows opened into an internal common space / void. This proved to be very noisy until the family above retired for the night. It was much quieter with these windows closed. The locale is very pleasant to walk around with numerous... More

We spent three nights here in an apartment with five people (could sleep six). The location was fantastic with plenty of restaurants to choose from and only a short walk to the metro. Also in easy walking distance were the Plaza de Armas & Central Market, as well as the Bella Vista & funicular also within walking distance. The staff... More
