From the moment I contacted the hotel to book my reservation till the second I waved goodbye, my visit was more than I could have ever expected. The location of the hotel is great for exploring the city of Santiago with a few key highlights a few minutes walk away. The hotel is beautiful, carefully maintained and professionally run by... I stayed two nights at this charming hotel in the great Bellavista part of Santiago. If you travel alone it is always a pleasure to stay at places where you can feel that the staff really cares about you and indeed the Aubrey is one of these few places. The rooms are spacious and very clean for beeing in South... More

Sadly we only had one night in this beautifully appointed boutique hotel whilst we were on route to Havana. Mark, our host, was incredibly welcoming and most helpful, as we had a few issues with our ongoing flights due to disruptions caused by the volcanic ash. We also had to leave for the airport at 3.30am and Mark arranged a... More

This hotel experience was excellent in so, but so many levels. I ¨was forced¨ to have an unexpected 2 nights layover in Santiago de Chile after my flight back to the U.S. was cancelled due to the ¨Calbuco¨ volcano eruption. Let me tell you: I made the best decision by staying at this prime location and beautiful mansion! I knew... More

Great truly boutique hotel in one of the busiest neighborhoods in Santiago, close to museums, restaurants and nightclubs. Service was great and rooms were full of details. We stayed at the rooms on the back of the hotel with a private deck with a hot tub. They send us a bottle of champagne and dessert to enjoy the hot tub.... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Aubrey in Santiago. It was our first night in South America after our long flight from Sydney before we flew up towards the Galapagos. We were warmly welcomed and our Ventian room was modern and well set out. The pool area was delightful to sit in while trying to stay awake and adjust... More

After a long delayed flight from Australia this was such a welcome surprise. We were greeted by the Aussie owner Mark along with his local staff. Staff are so happy, caring and relaxed but at the same time extremely professional. The fresh flowers are just stunning. Absolutely stunning arrangements. Our room was large, gorgeous decor and had all those things... More

I don't know where to begin my review -- there seriously so many wonderful things to say about this hotel. We stayed for 2 nights after we first arrived in Santiago and the last night before we left Santiago. Here are some of the highlights from our stay: - upgraded us to the Art Deco suite both times so that... More

The Aubrey is a wonderful haven decorated with an eclectic collection of furnishings, which are a total delight, inside and outside. We were so disappointed that we had chosen to spend only two nights here. The hotel is beautifully run, from the delightful pool area to the bar area, staff can't do enough for you! We are actively seeking another... More

We loved the Hotel Aubrey! It's beautiful and eclectic. The hotel was re-done from two old homes & has fantastic architectural details with modern updates. In a great location, right next to the Parque. Loved the outdoor bar/patio atmosphere with the wonderful piano player. They also coordinated our two day excursions. There was a mix up in the details with... More
