I came here for one night only due to a business trip. I´ve stayed before in other Hotels in Santiago, which I still like more (like the Marriott or The Hyatt). I got the Room on the 5th floor and could hear all night the music from the lobby. My key did not worked on the second day and I... More

I read the Tripadvisor reviews on seeing that our travel agent had booked us into this hotel, and I have to admit that I was rather alarmed! However, I decided to try it out and I must say that I came down very much on the positive side. I found the staff at check in very friendly and helpful and... More

I stayed at Santiago’s Hotel W during CESCO Week 2014 The W presents a cool, funky, chic persona with mostly Gen-Y staff. Modern surrounds, piped music through the day and some nice touches. However, if the staff spent more time being attentive to their guests rather than chatting amongst themselves, the overall experience (for the guests) would be improved. Firstly,... More

The only aspect of our stay was trying to figue out what door you go into the hotel...a bit confusing, and the banks of elevators are somewhat confusing...some only go up and some go to all floors. That said, the abience, service, food, comfort were are top notch. Location is excellent.

The W Santiago is a sleek, modern hotel that caterers to a young, hip crowd with a deep pocket. The main entrance is difficult to find because it is at the back of the hotel. The concierge desk is on the level that you walk in, but you must go up to the 4th floor to check in. On that... More

This weekend was my second time in W Santiago. It's perfect for a weekend. I started with an 50 minute massage in Hotel SPA (tip: request your massage with time) and after that I went to pool in 21 floor, with a amazing view of Santiago (tip: no alcohol available in the pool). I finish my day of relaxation in... More

I stay at many SPG hotels for business and this hotel is by far the worst. I have never more disappointed, rubbish hotel. 1. First room was run down and no maintenance eg shower door would shut. Complained before next return and was changed to another room. 2. Asked for paper to be provided, never received a paper. The staff... More

I have been here one night of a seven night stay. I confess I was hoping for more. Pros - great breakfast, excellent gym (although inexplicably closes at 3pm on Sunday - why?) Cons - staff not interested, service lacklustre. Not W standard. Rather disappointing. The place is dark. room - where to start: they are dark, very dark. I... More
