After an overnight flight from Paris, I arrived at the hotel around noon. I enquired if my room was ready and was told it was, BUT as check-in was not till 1500 there would be an early check-in fee of $56(US) if I wanted the room then. As I'd only paid about $70 a night room rate I declined and... More

A lovely suit well air-conditioned, with nice kitchen, small "living room" with extra bed. Bedroom and bathroom are just as should be. . breakfast was nice. But having the kitchen in the suit makes it easy to have something to eat in the room. The location is just 2 steps from the underground!!! Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Location great, very close to subway. Bathroom, small - if you're taller than 5 ft 8 inches, your head will probably touch the ceiling. Cleanliness, beds and bathroom were good. Breakfast, not a lot of choices but was good to be full. Choices were salami, cheese slices, toast, fruit, yogurt, cereal, tea, coffee. Had breakfast twice but only had scrambled... More

Entrance is at least 100 feet from the street, in a plaza, which means a vehicle cannot park in front of the entrance. There is no bellman, so you must drag your bags this distance yourself. There are 3 steps up from the registration area to the elevators, and again you have to shlep your bags yourself. No bellman service... More

I would recommend this hotel. It isn't the grandest breakfast but has everything you need: cereal, eggs, toast, fruit, yoghurt etc etc The room was very nice and comfortable with a well equipped kitchenette. Wifi is good too. We were put on the top floor and had quite spectacular views. It is a 5 minute walk from the downtown area.... More

Not possibly the grandest of Hotels, but for a short stay very practicable. The facilities were in place if you wished to self cater with a supermarket 5 minutes away. The Palace and other city sights were within walking distance also the tourist bus stop close by. Staff spoke a little english, really tried to converse (unlike us British !!)... More

I stayed in three of their location and review each one separately, but each one is practical and suits the purpose of short business overnight (one or two days). The Alameda place offers refreshed and modern large rooms with kitchenette and a nice view over the city if you are in the upper floors. The hotel is generally full and... More

LAN canceled our connection flight from RIO so they selected and paid for the rooms. We each had our own rooms....it's like a mini apartment In downtown Santiago. Not a horrible choice....the kitchen and bathroom ( although tiny) seemed to be new, carpet and sofa needs updated. My room was on the end so I had a panoramic view of... More

The Bathroom is too tiny and the breakfast does not have many options. But the worst happen when we were doing the check out! An stranger came in to the lobby and stayed there like any other client. Then quietly he took my mothers purse and leaves. Hopefully I could see when he left the hotel and I ran after... More

We had originally booked to stay at RQ Central Suites around the corner from RQ Santiago Suites but when we arrived at RQ Central Suites the room allocated was not suitable for our requirements. We were a party of 3 single adults and the room given to us had 2 single beds and a small pull out sofabed in the... More
