Had a suite on the top floor. Very large and comfortable. Wonderful bathroom and shower. Extremely quiet. Staff very helpful. Excellent location and easy to find with good on site undercover parking. I cant think of anything else to say but have to have 200 plus characters to submit.

Very nice and modern room. Clean as well. Nice breakfast as well. A bit away from downtown temuco but a nice place to stay and enjoy the nice facility. Internet worked well as well. Have nothing negative to say.

Since a couple of years, I used to go to Temuco for business, experiencing different hotels. Definitively this is the best in terms of service, rooms, spa, breakfast service, etc. Highly reccomended.
