Very nice place, right on the lake, with a beautiful view. Very close to the center of town. Breakfast was also excellent. A bit expensive, we paid US$135 in December but the room was great with a beautfiul bathroom (larger than many hotel rooms). A good experience and our best hotel outside Santiago more

Booked into the Bellavista following previous good reviews and No 1 spot in Puerto Varas on TripAdvisor - big mistake ! We were allocated room 203 which was away from the building work... but right next to the lake road so lots of taxis, minibuses, coaches and cars plus no sound proofing!!!!
