Seriously. This place was incredible. We arrived on a chilly May day and Javiera had a fire waiting for us in the cabin and was eager to help us plan our three days in Puerto Varas - even helping us secure a rental car! The location is amazing. She has a beautiful property overlooking the lake, with a private beach... More

I wanted to write a second review because my family and I stayed a second time at Bordemundo for a few days. The second stay was as great as the first. Javi and Lathan are always so attentive, kind, and generous. If you ever need anything, don't hesitate to ask. Their goal is your comfort and happiness while you are... More

Javiera offers a wonderful Chilean experience. Our family of 5 adults shared one cabaña for 2 nights. We had plenty of space to move about and store our gear. Bathroom & kitchen are smallish, but if you think "cabaña", as we did, you will find this place quite charming. Kitchen had all you might need. I didn't find a microwave,... More

My daughter and I spent 6 days in Javiera's comfortable, cosy and well equipped cabaño. Our stay was idyllic - the location by the lake is beautiful, with a great view of the Volcano Osorno. We were looked after with great kindness by Javiera who brought us delicious and generous breakfasts, including warm home baked bread. We were able to... More

The cabins are cozy, have everything you need, they are very clean. In the evening you can relax next to the fireplace and during the day you can enjoy the lake and the beautiful view. Javi's attention was great, very friendly and helpful with her delicious breakfasts. We hope to return soon!

We spent three days in this lovely squeeky cabin whith a lovely view and a very cosy wooden stove and we loved it. Eventhough it's only a few minutes out of puerto varas it feels like in the middle of nowhere. Javiera, the owner is a an excellent host! (Don't go if you hate sheep and dogs :))

We came to Bordemundo from Australia with my girlfriend and we both loved it. The place is only a very short drive from town, yet it feels completely secluded once you're in. Beautiful surrounding, and breathtaking views of the lake and volcanoes. The water of the lake is pure and fresh and the private beach at Bordemundo is actually better... More

This is such a beautiful, private, peaceful location. It is just a few kilometers from Puerto Varas, but close enough to drive quickly into town and enjoy all the local attractions. The Pto Varas beach was very crowded, but here there is a private beach to enjoy! Javiera, the B&B owner, brings us wonderful breakfasts each day and spends time... More

We stayed for three nights with three older children. It is a great location, just outside of Puerto Varas and within easy driving distance of Vicente Pérez Rosales National Park. Javiera is very welcoming and responsive. She also invited us to a campfire/BBQ with her family and friends. We elected to have breakfast included and it was brought each evening--good... More

I stayed the last week of december, the view was amazing, the cabins real nice and cosy, the Beach really quiet and beautiful. We were so happy yo stay there away from the crowd downtown but still close enough. Very natural place to relax and enjoy. Loved it!
