The hotel is in a good location and access is reasonably good. Parking is available on-site but it is often closed so you have to go in and get the porter to open the gate. The lobby area is well maintained but we didn´t find the staff friendly on any of our several visits. The kiss of death: on our... more

Gran Pacifico is very nice with new upgrades throughout. It has a hip style and sophiscation that you don't find in most hotels. We were given a very nice room with a large marble bathroom overlooking the Pacific Ocean and a new waterfront park which was just 2 blocks away.
