Our room was very nice and large. Big bathroom with all amenities . Could have done with more soap or preferably a shower gel. We found rage room very warm with no airconditiong and pretty noisy if you opened the windows.overall a comfortable stay with good breakfast offering. (They even opened the restaurant 20 minutes early to accommodate our early... More

The hotel is located on the bay. Just a short walk across the street. One potential problem is that there is no parking at the hotel. Bathroom is large with a small tub and a shower. There is plenty of hot water. Rooms are large and there is adequate furniture. Beds were comfortable. Large screen TV with numerous channels. There... More

Hotel is a bit worn down but ok, rooms are large and nice with a little kitchen area. Location is at the waterfront behind the road and next to a small bus station. Breakfast is ok with eggs, yoghurt, bread, coffee and juices. Wi-Fi is at times VERY slow.

Puerto Montt is a city with not too much things to do . If you are not in a business trip - Puerto Varas is much nicer place nearby. The hotel rooms are huge and comfortable. We had room at 7th floor which is under hotel restaurant (very noisy) . avoid it if you can. The two sections of the... More

The hotel is in a good location but surely needs a bit love & attention! The rooms do not have AC so when you open the windows you have all the noise from the street, otherwise rooms are nice & spacious and beds are very comfortable. Food at the restaurant is ok & breakfast with good variety. Parking area is... More

We recently stayed 2 nights at the Club Presidente in Puerto Montt. The room was large and comfortable, and included a kitchenette. The hotel served a nice breakfast buffet each morning, in a room with a wonderful view of the city. The location of the hotel was in the city center, close to the waterfront, although on a busy, busy... More

Short and sweet. Overall not a place you would want to stay. Filthy carpets throughout and very noisey. Decent front desk help. City looks and feels unsavory. One thing in its favor is a great place to eat on the water. Restaurant Yachting has fabulous seafood.

I was there for two days and on both days it was extremely crowded. The breakfast was packed beyond capacity. One evening I could not get beyond the crowd waiting for the elevator to go to the restaurant. The elevators were packed to capacity. The restaurant at dinner was far less crowded and the service was excellent at that time.... More

This hotel is located on the edge of the Bay, but still in the city centre. There is a shopping mall nearby and the main restaurant and shopping area is an easy stroll away. You can park your car in an underground parking lot opposite the hotel. The hotel is well-maintained even though it is not that new anymore. The... More

Right on the waterfront, within easy walking distance of the main bus terminal-great location, great room and even better shower. The restaurant has a great outlook over the bay and serves reasonably priced hearty meals-nice to just sit there, look at the view and sip another great Chilean wine. Highly recommended
