It's an old building with a lot of stairs. The walls are very thin so we heard the neighbors. Unfotunatly, the transport service from the airport didn't work. Our breakfast was okay. We could leave the bagages in the hotel for visting puerto montt.

A very good option for almost any purpose, family, romantic, business, etc. when staying in Puerto Montt. It’s a distinct, refurbished house located not far from the centre and coast line, on the slope of a hill. A 10-15 min walk is enough to reach the commercial area. The downside is when going back up the steep street for a... More

This hotel was new, clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good, with some view from the breakfast hall. My room was a bit small though. The location was somewhat inconvenient if you don't have a car. It is not near the city centre and was up a slope.

Arriving at the Hotel was a bit difficult, as sign is not really visible, when not coming from the right side. Also there were people working on the entrance to the backyard parking, so we thought it would have been closed...Asking the receptionist, she was not really willing to come out and help us to getting in, finally we drove... The service in this hotel was second to none. They were so nice, helpful, and they made our stay enjoyable. The hotel, overall, was very nice. It is a little far from the center. You will need to take a taxi to and from the restaurants, stores, etc. We could hear EVERYTHING from the room above us including what they... More

We were only spending the night (altogether about 12 hours) in Puerto Montt, so we chose a hotel with parking and without a huge price. This was great. We were greeted warmly, though the parking was a bit of an issue as the "lot" is tiny and takes some jockeying around to get in and out of. The room was... More

Very nice, clean, friendly. Good food at breakfast. We stayed there after lake crossing from Bariloche. There was a delay at the passport control, this is why we came late and did not have a dinner. This hotel can serve you a dinner if you call them in advance. It's a piti we did not know that. I am sure... More

After many weeks of rustic hostals it was a breath of fresh air to find Hotel Seminario, in Calle Seminario, Puerto Montt. It's about a ten minute walk from the centre, and there's a bit of a climb to get there, but it was worth the puffing and panting. The hotel is very light, modern, pretty well built and has... More

I fell into soft linens and watched some good ol' HBO. Every thing works, and is stylish as well. Believe me after a few weeks of moldy bathrooms and crummy mattresses, this place was great. Plus the front desk staff was helpful and remembered me when I emailed them again in 2 weeks. My room was facing a fairly busy... More

We stayed here for one night en route to Bariloche from Santiago. The hotel is very small as it is family-owned but this was only an added plus as the lady at the front may have been the nicest we have encountered in South America thus far. Her english was very good which allowed for her to give us a... More
