Even though this happened 15 years ago, I remember everything very clearly. The coldness of the water flowing down from the Andes, and heat extend of the hottest pool (127 degrees), the farmer's field across the river and the cows grazing about. A very amazing journey and (at that time) 7K of dirt roads strew with boulders and dry wash... More

Pay the extra fee for the hydro pool.... it's well worth it, particularly in the summer when the sun is blazing down on the outside pools. The roof over the hydro pool provides much needed shade! Don't miss the hike in the woods... take the path just to the right of the outdoor pools, along the river, and cross the... More

The main covered pool was very good, and we were lucky to get early and be the very first and lone users of it for at least an hour before more people started to get by. The water temperature is perfect, and the steam along with the cold weather creates a very nice atmosphere. On the bad side, the restaurant... More

I have been 2-3 times in te last 8 years, and I can hardly see any investment in infrastructure, which is getting worst over the time. The only ítem increasing is the entry Price for the pools (over 100 USD for a 4-familiy), which is way too high for this quality. They also had the bad idea to have the... More

After driving from Bariloche, Argentina across the border Hotel and Termas Huife was an oasis amongst a perfect setting. We arrived on a Sunday evening and had the place to ourselves. It was clean, spacious and exactly what we needed after all that driving. Don't think that you are lost when you hit gravel roads keep going, and if need... More

Went from Pucon, about 35 kms of a very nice road and landscape. The entrance price is high (10.000 pesos) about 20 dollars. But the pools are wonderful, specially the 3 large outside pools and splash in the very cold waters of the adjacent river. Best not to go in the summer (jan-february), too many people and too hot for... More

The Termas accomm was very comfortable and the pools were great, however the rest of the hotel is not up to standard for the prices they charge. The rooms were heated by the thermal spring water in the walls, so were way too hot and we had to open the bathroom window at all times which seemed wasteful. The sunken... More

My husband, son (1 yo), sister-in-law (12 yo), and I went to Termas Huife in December 2011. It is not far from the main town of Pucon where we stayed. We only spent time at the Hot Springs not the hotel. It is a little pricey but it was a very nice experience. I expected small pools but they were... More

We just came for a few hours from our hotel in Pucon (1/2 hour drive). It's expensive (about $15 US per adult and $10 per child...kids under 3 are free), but pretty well maintained. There were 3 man-made pools right by a beautiful river. The locker rooms and bathrooms were clean. There are hair dryers available, but they barely work... More

Stayed here for 2 nights during our self arranged trip around central Chile. The thermal pools were pleasant to use, but the whole place was very crowded between 12 - 6pm. The cabins are nicely situated a little away from the main activities along the banks of the river. They are a rustic design with a decking area through glass... More
