From; the one hour+ delay at check-in, no longer being shown to room, doors falling of cupboards, chaotic breakfast service, generally slow service, over several days the phone calls to check if the 'do not disturb sign' meant just that or had we just forgot. We have stayed here at least 4 times but will be looking elsewhere in future. More
