You get what you pay for. My wife and I only had 2 days in Singapore and just booked it because it was cheap, and figured we could suck it up. We did suck it up, but at the weirdest expense. The hostel is old and run down and you pay extra if you want a blanket. Rooms generally have... More

While I would never describe it as 'cozy' me and my boyfriend had a really nice stay there. We stayed in the twin room which was very small, had no window and the beds were not too big, however the sheets were clean and the air con worked fine. The bathrooms and toilets (there are two of each) are simple... More

we found this hostel via 'guide routard', the french version of lonely planet and seriously: its a joke that they put a place like this in a travel guide! the room was small and dark, but it had a aircon nontheless... the shared toilet and showers are okay but breakfast (coffee&tea) is served right next to it. one hour after... It's good enough for those who are looking for just a good place to sleep at night with various choices and saving cost for Singapore exploration. It's location is so convenient caused it is at the heart of Singapore which is linked to the public transportation network very conveniently.

This hostel isn't the best but it's the best location! Right next to the train station and shopping mall! It's one of the cheapest we found in Singapore, we had a double room and it was clean with air con, no windows so hard to wake up, people were nice they just keep themselves to themselves, the kitchen is where... We were in for a (unpleasant) surprise. The rooms were small, dark and dingy. The sheets also had stains. The plus sides are that it's a cheap place to stay, the staff are helpful and very friendly and the location is central.

This hotel and its staff - Mr. John made our trip in Singapore a bad one. The location is good, very close to shopping center and MRT. However, we were not treated like customers here, we paid to stay not stay here for free. We were nice to him and didn't complain anything about the inconvenience like no electricity plug... More

It's hard to review this hostel for me as some aspects were great, others not so good so I'll go with a pro's & cons's review. Pro's - Location is really good. Very near to lots of restaurants, 7 eleven & the nearest station is on 2 really good MRT lines. Staff - the staff were really helpful & nice.... More

I stayed at Double Room on April 12-14, 2014. The location is super fabulous, it's right across Bugis Junction which MRT station is just underneath. Shops and dining are around the corner, so does the bus stop. The room it self quite good, though not too clean. It has a large bed bunk, pillow and blanket. The sheets were quite... More
