The brand name suggested that this should be a nice hotel but I am wrong. Hotel services were average and not really up to my expectation. I have stayed for two nights and after I left my room for breakfast in the first morning I was locked out of my room because the card-key has been inactivated assuming that I... More

I stayed in this hotel for 6 days and 5 night's this December. For someone who is a first timer going overseas, this hotel set the bar for the hotels that I am looking for for my next visit in Singapore. I would say this hotel have the best location and they have a very friendly attendants that will make... More

This hotel is in a good location with reasonable room rates. Comfortable and clean rooms were complimented with wonderful views. The nightly buffet is not attuned to western tastes so I would not recommend it to on that basis. If you are comfortable with paying over the odds for a-la carte then this is the hotel for you.

If you're looking at staying at a hotel away from Orchard Road, would suggest Peninsula Excelsior as it is close to Clarke Quay, Marina Bay Sands, Raffles City Centre, etc. Great rooms, good service. However the check in was tough! Despite requesting an early check in, ended up getting the room only at 3 pm!

Easy to get to from the airport and right by an underground station. Close to St Andrew's Cathedral, Raffles, the Harbour, Orchard Road, and China town. From our room on 17th floor we looked across to the Marina Sands Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom could have been more modern. Breakfast was very good but expensive... I stayed there last Christmas for friends' gathering. The hotel was quite nice and well located. We were given a very good room with beautiful scenery of the city. It was near to everything and in a walking distance from mrt city hall station so I could got there from the airport via mrt conveniently. The place was also convenient... More

I stayed for four nights. I was greeted with the most awful smell when stepping out of the lift at check in. It smelt like a dirty mop had been used to clean the floor. I mentioned this when checking in and was upgraded to a club room by a lovely staff member and I was very pleased! Unfortunately, the... More

Stayed here for 3 days on a family weekend trip. The location is nearby to the Quays and Raffles area, but aside from that the hotel itself is not great. We had requested a room with pull out couch ahead of our arrival. This was not available upon check-in, which granted is not guaranteed. The room itself was small and... More

To begin the hotel was about 3 1/2 stars. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. There are shops and cafes close by and the City Hall MRT (underground rail) station is also close by. The staff at the hotel were helpful and did their job ok. The amount we paid for the room was reasonable and we... More
