The hotel is in easy walking distance of the Burgis juntion shpping area. The rooms are quite spacious although the bathrooms surprisingly small. The staff are very friendly. The hotel isn't that flash ,in fact it's a a bit tired. The only word I can think of is adequate. It's ok but given the choice I'd stay at the Parkroyal... More

In a perfect location to access the attractions and shops of the city, however the hotel was a let down. Hard beds and stuffy air conditioning made the stay unpleasant. Hotel service was a bit quiet. If you have the choice, excelsior tower is much better than the peninsula one. Breakfast was good and gave lots of choices for food.

Location is great and the main reason we chose to stay there. As it should, the rooms were clean and the staff was prompt and accommodating. Lobby and pool are a bit akwardly designed and don't give the 'wow factor' one would hope for in a 4 star SG hotel. Air con has always been tough times in SG... But... More

Hotel with clean rooms on very good location if you need to spend time in Singapore downtown. Breakfast is good, but crowded, because the hotel is big. The pool is relaxing and nice. Just in front of the hotel is taxi stand and other transport is very close.

I had stayed at the Peninsula Excelsior four times in the past four years I thought I would try another hotel in the Bugis area only to be absolutely disappointed because although the price was fractionally cheaper than the Peninsula Excelsior the room was tiny (16square metres and the bed took up the bulk of the room) I checked out... Just stayed 3 nights at this hotel. excellent friendly helpful staff. Particular mention to Jonelyn Kok, Asst Manager for her excellent service from the moment of the welcoming check in to the smiles and excellent service every day. Nothing was a problem. Would definitely recommend. I had a cnr room with a great view of both the swimming pool and... More

We had booked a double room but when we requested a non smoking room were told they would push 2 singles together. In so doing they covered the power point meaning we had to move one bed in order to turn on the bedside lamp. Morning after arrival tried to have a shower but no hot water. Contacted reception who... I don't usually write reviews for hotels, because they tend to be unremarkable places in a lot of ways. Good Hotel was simple, clean and lovely. The staff was kind especially Miss Jonelyn kook. The amenities to the point. My stay was simple and lovely, An endlessly kind and helpful staff. I will be making this a regular place to... More

We recently stayed at this hotel for the 4th time and again it was faultless. Speedy check in with exceptionally friendly staff, plenty of space in room with all required facilities, a nice restaurant plus two swimming pools. They are very geared up for stop overs & happy to store luggage and put valuables in reception safe after check out... More

Not a bad hotel but also not good. For Singapore it is pretty good value for money though. Room was clean, average size for Singapore but bed was a little hard. Spectacular view of the Marina, The Padang and Marina Bay Sands hotel with a free laser show every night. Breakfast was OK - nothing more than that. Customer service... More
