Very centrally located hotel which is very clean and has a reasonable breakfast. The rooms were well appointed and quiet. Fairly close to Little India and Orchard road. Would recommend and go back to this hotel

My husband and I stayed for 6 nights. We were on a bit of a budget so this was well within our price range. Rooms are very simple, yet tidy and a very large comfy king size bed. Bathroom could do with a good scrub but was surface clean. Hotel products not great... But what you would expect from a... More

Booked this hotel after reading reviews on trip advisor and we booked direct with the hotel with an early bird special, which gave us early check in and a late check out which was handy as we arrived at 6.30am in the morning and were checked in within 15 minutes to our room.Other than the bath/shower being a bit small... It a nice and centrally located property. Our main purpose is to explore the city as much as possible with spending minimum on hotel. We choose this hotel seeing the facilities and location and were fully satisfied. Food is not that good. Service is prompt.

My wife and I stayed 2 nights as part of a SIA Stopover and selected the Royal at Queens from a small list of hotels on offer based partly on Tripadvisor reviews; we were happy with our selection. It was very good value as it was part of an SIA package. This hotel is very well situated for exploring the... More

Visited Singapore for one week plenty to see and do. Santosa island was lovely Universal studio was great. The Singapore flyer was awsome. Gardens by the bay were best seen at night and the view from the top of the Skypark on the Marina Sands hotel was awsome. Would defernatly recommend Singapore to anyone.

Location of this hotel is excellent - steps from Bras Brash MRT and Raffles City and room quite comfortable BUT how much would a bottle of bleach cost to give the bathroom a good clean to get rid of the mould? Told front desk staff that the bathroom was mouldy. Received more shampoo and soap and I think the walls... More

We stayed here for the rest of our trip for 2 days. Great location, good value of money. Clean, quiet, the reception staff were invariably most helpful. Free WiFi and free water bottles. Very near the MTR station, Little India and Orchard Rd. Above all, the beds in the hotel is good. I don't forget the cushion of the beds.... More

Having arrived off a long haul flight we just wanted a meal and bed. Ordered room service at 8.30pm, had to go through the operator who was very efficient as kitchen not answering phone. Rang again at 9.30pm, operator said they were short staffed but would give them a hurry up. At 10pm I went down to the front desk... More

The good: Awesome location. Great rooms. Lovely linens. Free wifi. Modern decor. Lots of storage/closet space. Quiet, even though it's a very busy hotel. The bad: Nothing bad. Overall, a very good experience. The ugly: the tile in the shower could use a good scrubbing and regrouting. Otherwise the bathroom was gorgeous.
