The plus point about this hotel is its location. 2 minutes walking distance from Bras Basah MRT station. Bugis market, Orchard,Little India are all walking distance from the hotel. The hotel itself is average. Cleanliness needs to be improved, however the staff are very friendly.Room amenities are minimalistic, interesting centralized electronic lighting system. Kids will enjoy playig with it. Breakfast... More

The best thing about this hotel was the location -close to the bottom of Orchard Rd, 50m from the mrt, with Raffles City,Chimes and little India not far away. Upon arriving at the Royal @queens the foyer area seems underwhelming -it's like a basic old fashioned hotel without a reception desk and set in a small space. Despite this the... More

We stayed at the Royal for 2 nights the location was within easy walking distance of Bugis shopping area & very close to the metro line. Good restruants were nearby with a great bakery cafe a few doors away. The hotel was in need of a good general clean. Rooms are spacious the large bed was clean & comfy but... More

This is a great 3* hotel located in the centre of Singapore. You are just near Bras Basah Train station. Turn right and 200 meters away is Bujis for shopping/ eating. Turn left and you come to the junction that gives you Orchard Rd in one direction and CHIJmes & Raffles Hotel meters away in the other direction. I went... More

Stayed here on November 24, 2014 as part of Singapore Airlines' Stopover Holiday Package for 1 night. The hotel is sufficiently clean and conveniently located near Bras Basah MRT station as well as Bugis Village. Okay for a 1 night stay but overall, nothing to write home nor rant about. Got complimentary wifi instead which was nice because I was... More

A week prior travel to Singapore, i booked this hotel through booking.com for one night. Exactly prior my arrival to the hotel around 3.30pm on the date, my business associates requested meetings extension for additional one more day instead of my original planned. So, during check in, I asked for additional one night stay and I was rejected. The hotel... More

We booked this hotel through Singapore Airlines and we were very glad we did. Firstly, when booking a stopover through SIA you receive an attractions card which allows entry to many of Singapores attractions. We did most and saved ourselves around 200SGD each so it kind of paid for the hotel! The hotel itself is lovely, very clean and the... More

As we arrived in the hotel early morning after a flight for the whole night they said it will take 5-6 hours to make up the room...Staff is not supportive and ill-mannered, Food is so terrible..Rooms are just fine. You have to even pay for the water bottles kept in the room. Once you asked something from the house keeping..It... More

I stayed two nights recently and found the hotel service to be terrific! The staff are wonderful! The HUGE benefit of this hotel is that it offers on its website a 7 am check in! This was a bonus to me as I arrived early after an overnight flight. I could settle in shower and start my day. They also... More

This was a business trip with a long weekend with my wife tacked on. The hotel is fine, the rooms are spotless, the internet works well, breakfast is average. The clincher that makes this very as opposed to just good is that when we checked out and they asked us if we have used anything from the mini bar, the... More
