Rooms are very small but ok for the price and location. Its located in Geylang area with easy access to bus services and closest MRT is Aljunaid around 7 minutes walk. I think this hotel is good for the value it offers for the price one pays.

Great value budget hotel close to the airport. Clean and tidy with helpful friendly staff. Rooms are small but not to bad for short stays - my room was clean and functional. Area is okay but not many places for western food and the street food isn't the best. Getting a western coffee round here pretty difficult although you can... More

The hotel had been renovated. It has been changed than our family last visit on 2012. The room look more modern. The housekeeping clean the room everyday, but forget to empty the garbage. But the room condition is nice. Easy to find something to eat in the area. We surely will stay at this hotel in our next visit.

the room is simple and though not that spacious is quiet comfortable. everything looks new and clean and has most of the basic amenities of a hotel (e.g. conplimentary tea, coffee making facilities, hairdryer, etc). the front desk staff is kind, helpful and professional. the stay was pleasant and if they have any drawbacks, it's the location of the hotel... We arrived at Singapore at 3:30 AM We booked a studio room for a few hours sleep before our next flight 12 hours away. 15 km from the airport , the staff were very pleasant at 4 am, we were welcomed and given the keys and shown the way to... The room itself was fine and although the space wasn't huge, it was functional. The set up was a twin bed and featured a hot water kettle & coffee + tea, hairdryer, and android TV. To be honest after I returned from walking around I was pretty tired and hit the sack early so didn't get chance to watch the... More

I and my partner stayed at this hotel 03 months ago. The room is small but very clean and good facilities. The staff is polite and good english. It has a nice location that is only 05 minutes to walk to nearest MRT. I will stay at this hotel when I come Singapore next year.

We flew into Singapore and it was a quick drive from the airport. Although the hotel is located in the red light district, it feels safe and secure (not that Geylang is a slum or anything!) the bed was extremely comfortable and although the room is small, it has everything you need! The staff are amazing! They were really helpful... More

Stayed one night and could have stayed longer. Very quiet location considering proximity to major roads. The room was way above my expectations for what i paid (half of what you'd pay in other parts of Singapore). Whilst the room was small 11 sq m it was newly refurbished, very quiet, comfortable and clean and I had a window with... More

Staying in Geylang

Neighborhood Profile
Only a short journey from Singapore’s sparkling and polished city center, Geylang is a world away. Here in one of the least touristy areas of Singapore, visitors are privy to an unfiltered glimpse of Singapore life. On Sunday afternoons, migrant workers gather in Geylang to let off steam after a tough week. At the eastern end of Geylang Road, families and friends happily enjoy picnics. By contrast, at the western end, a more colorful side of Singapore can be seen, as street workers mingle with Sunday revelers in outdoor coffee shops. Take a friend, grab a beer and a local meal (frog porridge, perhaps?), and settle in to enjoy the show.
