Reception welcoming and efficient. Room small, ok for an overnight, and spotless. Excellent location near Bugis and Suntec

I booked the hotel despite the bad comments from other travellers with regards to bed bug, thinking that the hotel had promised to do constant pest control to prevent anymore bed bugs attack to guest. However, during the 2 nights, I started with a few bumps on my hand, thought they were just mosquito bites. However, on second nights, half... More

Spent 4 nights at the Victoria. I found the front desk staff to be friendly and very helpful. My room, though small, was quite adequate for one person. I came here from Thailand, where they like their mattresses very firm, and I found my bed here to be firm but very comfortable. Unlike other recent reviewers, I saw no evidence... More

The hotel is entered by small entranceway from the road but opens to a larger reception area. Part of a larger hotel chain it is well run, clean friendly. Rooms are a good size by Singapore standards also clean and well maintained. Beds are comfortable and there is plenty of hot water. There are many food centres in the area... More

At first... I thought it was a very nice hotel... but it is not..... The first receptionist that welcomed us is not bad.... Also, one of the good thing about the place is, it is near a 7-eleven and got two computers in the lobby for anyone to use for free. However... the rooms are very small.... you can't barely... More

I am writing this review in my room of the hotel using the free wifi! That is a plus! The hotel is very close to MRT Bras Basah station and the bus stop just a few meters from the hotel. The room is small but it's clean and quiet even though we are staying on 4th floor. The staff are... More

Small hotel, centrally situated, staff were friendly and efficient. I had a standard room which was small but clean and tidy. Little bit noisy at night due to machinery noises but I was on 6th floor with the rooftop equipment directly above me. Recommend if staying for 1-2 nights.

I've stayed here 6 or 7 times in the past year, so I guess that's a recommendation in itself. But as I travel to Singapore a lot, often staying for a week or more, paying S$200-300 a night for a decent hotel would break the bank. Over the years I've tried just about everything there is in the S$100 a... More

I stay 2 nights at this hotel & enjoy my stay at here. Check in process is very fast with agoda hotel voucher. I stay at the highest floor (6th floor) of the hotel with window and have a good water pressure in the bathroom. The room is small but is clean & adequate for 2 person stay. The hotel... More

I stayed one night in a single room. Yes it was tiny compared to most other hotels but if you go in expecting it, you will be ok. One single bed with a wheelchair bathroom ( it was all that was available) so bathroom was quite roomy. The room had a small window with a parking lot as a view.... More
