I like this hotel for the fact that it is quiet and far away from city. The rooms are of a reasonable. Service of the staff is great except for one who speaks very fast and does not have good customer management skills. The breakfast spread was not big but the food served was simple. Design of the hotel is... More

This is a lovely hotel approximately 10 minutes from the airport ($17 by taxi). The staff is extremely helpful and lovely. Shower is huge and there is a coffee machine in the room. However there was no fridge in my room. The restaurant closes early but you can take taxi to get to restaurants located on the water (approximately 5... More

The hotel is conviniently located near changi airport , with limited accessibility to basic amenities outside hotel ..this hotel is a good alternative for those expensive hotels in airport. Rooms are decent with good service staff.

This unassuming hotel provides a quiet and relaxing getaway. Even within the hotel itself the ambience is serene and relaxing. The rooms are very cosy, with a doodle wall. There's also a bean bag chair at the corner of the room. The comfortable bed also provides a good night's sleep. When we went there for the Valentine's Day weekend, we... More

I have nothing but good words to say. The door guy Mr Rahim made my day with his big warm smile. You know you are in good hands when you see Loccitane Toiletries and Chocolate in your room. Room was spacious, clean, neat and new. Loved the bean bag and cable tv channels. Can catch Premier league too. There is... More

The best part about this hotel is its quiet location -- far from the madding crowd and close to some lovely walks around the Changi boardwalk area and the ferry terminal to Pulau Ubin. The rooms are clean and new but a little tight for space. The bed was comfortable. The doodle walls were a nice touch. When we were... More

Have just checked in. Prior to check in, have requested for double room but was given twin room. Double room was available at a charge of $20++. Not sure why is there a charge even though the staff said there is no diff except for the bedding. Since the room is available, why cannot just give? They call.it "upgrade"... Hahahahaha...... More

Went to Changi Cove in Changi, Singapore for a company planning session. It was my first to hear of this place and the taxi driver from the airport doesn't know it either. Anyway, place is ok, food is good and location is pretty remote but a welcome change from the concrete jungle that is Singapore. The room is basic, Spartan... More

Hotel is located in a quiet location, nearest food (hawker centre) and convenience stores located at changi village takes 30 min at least by foot. No malls within vicinity. Forget abt places of interest if u r a tourist...it is super far and out of way. (Orchard, sentosa, Chinatown). Even Changi Airport is so near yet so FAR. This hotel... More

The single biggest problem is the design of the hotel with rooms in an annex which you can only reach by going outside after checking in. The floor numbers and the two elevators you have to take to get to your room make it extremely difficult. The only chair in the room is a bean bag
