My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights in a private room. The staff were extremely friendly and the location is good, but the beds were very uncomfortable - bumpy mattresses and itchy blankets. It was also very noisy in our room - noise from the communal area and corridors frequently woke us up. The mixed sex toilets were... More

Expensive, decent hostel in Singapore. Booked a twin but given a bunk bed. Not great for the money, but that's Singapore hostels, but very nice decor, free toast in morning etc. Good location for getting around to Bugis Street, Little India etc. Friends in dorm room were kept up a lot by noise, people coming and going a lot, not... I stayed there for a couple of days . Plus points: - cheap, polite staff and decent location, free wifi in common areas only. negatives:- The sinks and toilet didnt drain properly!! I watched the WC final there and a guy grabbed another around the neck without any warning. He had to be pulled off. I was surprised to see the... More

Your statement that "they are pretty much only interested in money and not making sure that travellers are safe from the loonies" cannot be further from the truth. Please refrain from making baseless allegations without knowing the full facts of what actually happened. To investigate the matter, we actually spent hours watching cctv footages, interviewing staff and guests who witnessed... More

While staying at the InnCrowd, I stayed both in a private (double) room and in a dorm. Both were fine - nothing spectacular but definitely decent. This may be one of the cheapest places in Singapore too, which is great for budget travelers. The location is convenient, about a 10-minute walk from either the Little India or Bugis MRT stations,... Stayed here for our one and only night in Singapore, the staff were helpful and we got reduced price Night Safari tickets from them. Dorms were basic bunks, not 'pod' style dorms which are more private. Lots of showers (hot and cold water) and toilets, which, importantly, were clean. Air-con in dorm couldn't be adjusted and seemed to be on... More

The hostel is located in a great position in the heart of Little India. Friendly staff who were very willing to help us plan our brief stay in Singapore. Decent WiFi and lounge area. We didn't get the chance to go on the free scooter tour but that seemed like a good perk as well. For the price (20 SD)... More

This place is great for backpackers. Plenty of great bunk beds, shared washrooms, a cool common room and ok breakfast. Why the low rating you ask? We booked a tour through them and had to take the bus. The gentleman working at the hostel told us that the bus would be at a certain stop. We followed his directions carefully... More

The hostel is really nice, good location. Close to the little india station. The breakfast is nice as well. If you dtsy there you can do a scooter trip around the city. 6 hours in a scooter with a guide. Completelly FREE. The best what I did in Singapore.

In the heart of Little India this is the most economical place to stay. It’s also a short walk to two MRT stations. I found the staff very pleasant, helpful and informative. It’s kinda hip and they’ve got all the bases are covered. The free breakfast of toast and coffee also includes 2 boiled eggs. Wifi in the common area... More
