This hostel was about 20 dollars a night which is pretty cheap for Singapore so I'd say it's good value for money. There's MRT stations close by so you can easily get around and everything's pretty much within walking distance. The staff were really helpful with information on trips, bus times etc. although when you arrive your not shown to... More

ok. it's great value for your money. however i'd like to point out that sometimes it happens that when u arrive at the hostel you have to make your own beddings. i think they need to buy some new white blankets. dont get me wrong... it's not dirty but it's pretty old. the dorm is nearby clubs so it can... I'm not much into the whole hostel thing, but I've stayed in a few before. I found this place in Lonely Planet and made sure to book well in advanced. The staff seemed incredibly annoyed when you asked for anything. I paid $2.50 to "rent" a towel that was so small and thin I'm not sure I would even call... More

Excellent hostel in a nice neighborhood. Little India is a perfect spot for getting excellent and cheap food. There are two several MRT stations on a 5 minute walk away. The hostel provides dorms and private. Go for the dorm, better price and its clean and comfortable. The beer is really cheap (around $2.40) and you can watch movies in... More

Stayed here for three nights and while the location is good, that is about it. The staff weren't all the helpful, I stayed in a dorm where everyone slept in and moaned and groaned if I needed to turn the light on to get my belongings out of my bag. No plugs in the room so everyone sits in the... More

This hostel is in a good location and the WiFi works but that is all it's got going for it. The rooms are small, the bunk beds squeak, the air-conditioning is too cold, the room fans are too noisy so keep you awake. You have to make your own bed with sheets they provide you, the blanket is too small... More

I stayed here for a massive 30 days whilst waiting for a friend to join me out in singapore. And being the first time that I'd ever stayed in a backpackers hostel I was pretty happy. For only £10 a night you can't really complain. Yes there are only three toilets up stairs and 5 showers but that was never... More

I visited Singapore with friends during September to catch the F1 grand prix. As we were a bunch of bachelor friends and planning to travel on budget, we chose a hostel instead of a hotel. And this was well-suited for our purpose. Location: The hostel is located near Bugis MRT station and near Little India locality. It's at the walking... More

Hostel is clean in a good location but a few small changes could make such an improvement. I was in a ten bed dorm, a simple small mirror would have been good and there was not one single plug socket. I would hate to be here in peak season with over 30 people trying to use the minimal number of... More

The hostel is in a ok location in Little India but there are far better and more centeral places to stay. Our hostel room on the first night was nice and cold but the air con was very loud, so on the 2nd night someone had asked for it to be turned of so our room was boiling! After asking... More
