Very small room but still clean. If you can afford a little more for a larger room, do it, because really these rooms were tiny. Only one person could be standing at a time and not much room at all to move around in. Good location though and bathroom kept clean.

stayed at this property for two night back in January and although the website didnt explain anything in regards of the work going on right outside the hotel, a new MRT line is coming up which I guess it would be great for the area but not for the hotels nearby. this place should of being shut down until the... This Hotel was booked for us as a 2 night post-Cruise stay. Due to MTR work it took our taxi driver an extra 10 minutes to find the place. The Hotel itself is quite modern - BUT the room was like a glorified shoe-box. Hardly any hanging space and 2 small drawers. With an area of 3 metres by 4... More

Firstly, the taxi could not find the hotel due to construction works and dumped my grandson and I in the street and we had to trundle our bags for some distance up a deserted lane, which put us in a bad frame of mind. Not the hotel's fault but signage could have been better. The surrounding construction works makes it... More

I recently stayed here whilst visiting for my friends wedding. The room was small but very clean and modern and as we weren't planning to spend much time in the room it wasn't a problem. The staff on the front desk were very friendly and helpful. There is currently construction work going on for the mrt station outside but other... More

The guy who checked us in is not customer-centric at all. He lacks good customer services' skills and customer experience is zero, well, maybe because we are foreigners, i won't say he's a racist. The room service operates swiftly and the team is effective also. Location is very good and MRT is just below the building, no need to worry... More

The hallway reeked is stal cigarette smoke and the room was tiny. The interior was grubby and careworn, chipped paint and glass rings on furniture, stained carpet. Nice balcony somewhat made up for that. Service at front desk brisk, friendly, efficient.
