Location: Very accessible. The hostel is just 15 to 20 mins walk to Bugis MRT Station and about 30 mins walk to Golden Mile Complex Bus Terminal. Near to textile shops, cafe, bistro and pubs. 8 Bed Female Dorm: The only available beds when we reached there was the upper bunk. It wobbles the whole bunk everytime I move. Really... More

Thanks for the review Eileen! We do change our linens every time a guest checks out so the one checking in next should have a fresh one. We have also done bed bug treatment to the room. We hope to provide you with a more comfortable experience next time. More

Stayed at this hostel for a week and shared a 16-bed dorm on the 3rd floor, the one below the rooftop terrace. Room was generally clean but had stains on the floor which looked like dried blood. Each bed had it's own large locker beside it and electrical outlet and a night light. Staff is very friendly and helpful with... More

Two friends and I stayed at this hostel for 3 nights, the people were lovely, the lady kept our bags for us, as we got there at 8am and couldn't check in until later. Great local knowledge. Very easy to get to the metro. Rooms could have been better, some broken beds and lockers. We had a 16 bed dom... More

I've been here 3 month ago and had a great time. Everything was find and CLEAN! But not anymore. Things are broken and don't get fixed, toilets getting worse and they have a disgusting smell. The mattress over me go a big brown (whatever it is) spot on it. Nobody is cleaning under or behind the beds. Staff is still... More

Me and 2 of my friends were staying there for 3 nights during our last visit in Singapore. The place was clean enough, female room also clean and quite comfortable. As we arrived there late night, they have prepared everything necessary like beds, and keys. I dont know if it is common for a hostel in Singapore to not provide... More

If you find for the Backpacker Hostel, i recommended for this place because it's really cheap price and the Hostel was good. I loved the design, the dorm, the bed and the location because it's on Arab Street and near by the Bugis MRT. If you're moslem, it's easy to find many of Halal foods around this place. Will come... If you don't have much expectation (except budget), this place is really suitable. Everything is simple but just good enough for genuine needs. The surprise to me was that I could have a look of the area of Arab Street on the roof.

Stayed there for a night with my sister in January 2015. We didnt stay long at the hostel as we only need a place to sleep. Good thing is that they provide "donation box" on the bathroom to be used with other guests and we found one international plugs there. Knowing that my charger has different plugs, we are very... Their late check-in instructions were clear and precise. The breakfast area is overlooking Beach Rd and spacious compared to other hostels within the area. The property is more accessible via Nichol Highway station than Bugis. If your room is facing Arab St, expect noise 'til 3am from hipsters having drinks outside. Other than that, it's worth the money I paid... More
