Average hotel, above average rooms, the breakfast when we were there was sparse, not to much to choose from. The restaurant was not open when we arrived (on a Sunday) so we had to do a walk about the neighborhood to find something to eat. Desk service was good, check-in was quick and efficient.

A good hotel. The location, view, ambience is good. Except for the restaurant (which is japanese) rest is good. The restaurant has no choice for people who do not eat or like japanese food. As the hotel was booked by company, there was no choice except to go out and eat on our own. While the room was very good... More

Nice clean shower area with Hairdryer and planty of toiletries.... More

A newly built hotel, very good rooms, excellent comfort & a little pricy but very calm and peaceful place. Location is bit far from the main shopping & business area's. i end up spending more on the taxi as well as it took a lot of time in commuting.

Booked the executive room, which was basic. Amenities were good. Ipod speaker, minibar, espresso machine, clean toilet. Good enough for me. The view from the room wasn't amazing(just a bunch of HDB blocks) so we left the curtains closed most of the time. The deck was a nice touch, although view was still disappointing (still a bunch of hdb blocks),... More

The Staff in the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is basic, acceptable however nothing special. It was clean, good service, comfortable sleeping arrangements. The hotel is within walking distance from china town. We would use it again if we are looking after our money.

Good location, in walking distance to Chinatown and Clarke Quay, fair room price for Singapore, room is small but big enough, nice bathroom design with glass between shower and bedroom. Also friendly staff. Really bad was that the toilet smelled of old urine. It even got not cleaned after we requested it by a kindly written letter and a few... More

I stayed 4 nights here in february. The staff is kind and helpful, the hotel lobby is clean and neat. The rooms are clean and minimalistic, but the room size is bit small on 4th floor so they shifted me up to the fifth floor where rooms are comparatively big. the deck on 10th floor is good place to sit... Stopped in the hotel, while on a 2 day conference. Location about a 10 minute walk from Chinatown, no MRT stations close by and area quieter at night, with not many restaurants close by. Hotel was clean and staff very friendly. Room was well laid out and size was ok for Singapore. Tea and coffee making facilities and flat screen... More
