Than this is a perfect option. The location is excellent for Clark Quay. Orchard Rd. is not far away as well. The staff goes all out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Conflicts, like a swimming pool under renovation, are dealt with great accuracy and solutions are constantly offered. In short, a place that deserves to be recommended.

A word of caution.... while I read all the reviews, and they're right in regards to it being a good apartment complex (although the pool is under renovation until late may... pity, when its so hot in Singapore at present)... check first to see if you are being assigned an apartment facing the construction site. We stayed there for a week on a business trip, 6 individuals got 3 appartments with 2 double rooms, so we had a lot of personal space. Very good location, just minutes walk from Clark Quay. Cheap, good value. Breakfast not the best, but as you have your own kitchen and sitting room you could make breakfast yourself.

We stayed in a 2 bed apartment for 8 nights. The apartment itself is very clean and the secondary bedroom looks recently refurbished. However the furniture in the lounge looks pretty tired.
