Very Convenient. Closely to Chinatown MRT just walking 5 minuets. But a loud noise in corridor when people walking. A lot restaurants around. Near by China town food court also. Anyway is good place to stay few days.

Singapore has a reputation as being an expensive place to stay, but I have found 5footway inn to be both reasonably priced and very clean and well run. The staff if helpful and friendly, the rooms clean an comfy (for dorms), and the complimentary breakfast a godsend. Located in the heart of historic Chinatown, there are temples, markets and restaurants... More

We had a 4 bed dorm. Room 4 is so small we couldn't all stand up in it with our luggage, room 6 is better. Having to hire towels is very annoying. But the sheets were clean & the bathroom is clean. Access to coffee etc in the shared kitchen is a good idea.

Great location! Nice staff! Clean room, good wifi and near China town. The route to MRT is near the inn. The toilet is good but can you support us more space when we get back Singapore in the near future?

First time staying here. My review is based on hostel/dorm standard. The cleanliness is good, altho a bit dirty near toilet area due to renovation. The standard 4-bed dorm is clean and NO smell. I would stay again next time and also recommend to others. But the staff are terrible as usual. They do what they are supposed to do,... More

If you plan to spend most of your time in singapore exploring, i will recommend this hostel. Location is great, near mrt and hawkers food centre. I booked private room with 4 bunkbeds. 3 adults n 2 children. The children can share bed with us but they still need to pay for the price of 1 bed. Room is quiet... More

I don't understand the good reviews. We got bitten up relentlessly by bed bugs to the point that we couldn't sleep there. We tried to cancel our second night, but they refused to refund our money - I'll continue fighting though. I know it's a hostel, but the living conditions were well below reasonable expectations. Also, they were doing construction... More

Great location, clean and well-lit rooms, soft and comfy beds and pillows, pretty nice breakfast, good and affordable rates, excellent service from the staff. (A staff named Michael was very helpful, courteous, and nice!). Very pleasant experience in this hostel!
