Stayed here on my way to Australia and also when returning. Hotel was just what I needed, nice clean room, cousy bed to have a rest and best of all price includes the use of swimming pool and jacuzzi. Hotel staff was very helpful and rates are reasonable. I had time to wonder around great Singapore Airport, do some shopping,... More

I was travelling from Melbourne to Helsinki with a 6+ hour layover in Singapore so decided to book a room. I arrived a little early (approx 30 min before my scheduled check-in) and the gentleman at the desk quickly checked me in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room I got was clean. It had air-conditioning which was... More

If you have around 8 evening hours between flights and you are stranded in Changi, staying and resting in this transmission hotel is really a great choice. The location is amazingly convenient, you don't have to pass the immigration counter first from any international flights (so your are legally not in Singapore territory?) to stay in this hotel. I flew... More

Serves its purpose perfectly - a convenient, clean and quiet place to rest/nap/shower if you have 6+ hours in transit. Price is reasonable and includes use of the swimming/spa pool area which is very welcome after a long flight. Fast check-in and check-out. The room is relatively basic but it's all clean and functional and really it's everything you could... More

I stayed here overnight connecting through Singapore to Penang. The hotel is in the transit area so you don't have to pass through immigration. You just get off your punishing long haul flight, stagger to to hotel in terminal one, check in and bingo you are in a hotel room. The room was clean and functional. The odd bit was... More

I arrived at at around 12 in the morning with a nine hour transit. My initial plan was to stay at the Terminal 3 excellent free day beds however they were all full so I headed back to Terminal 1. The rooms are a bit dated but sufficient for a good sleep and a nice shower. I have stayed here... More

We stayed for a six hour block which allowed us to shower and rest before the next leg of our flight. The room and bathroom were spotless, beds comfortable and the room was dark which allowed us some nice rest. This terminal has a pool which is also very nice and is included in the room rate Great for a... More

We had a 9 hour stopover at Changi and booked a room for 7 hours. A seamless checkin process, fair pricing and a comfortable, quiet room with toiletries made this hotel perfect for our stopover. For the convenience alone, we will definately stay at any of the Transit Hotels at Changi when we next pass through.

This hotel is perfect for the purpose. A great rest and wash before the next flight. I booked terminal 1 because of easy access to the pool. It is a very fine pool- big enough for a good swim. The day was lovely and we were able to lie out on very comfortable sun loungers for an hour or two.... More

Very convenient for longer layovers. Handy to be able to leave your carry on luggage in the room while you move around the three terminals. Take your bathers and use the swimming pool for free, they supply the towels. It costs around $28 Singapore dollars a couple to use the pool, so makes the room good value. Rooms have a... More
