This feels more like a hostel than a boutique hotel. The pictures are deceiving. Rooms are terribly small and claustrophobic and thoughtlessly designed - no towel racks (only 1 hook), no bedroom slippers nor toiletries except shampoo/conditioner/shower gel/body lotion. I would rather be made to call for the iron & ironing board than a pair of bedroom slippers or a... More

When I’ve got the chance, I stay at a “boutique hotel” as while they’re sometimes small, often quirky and occasionally flawed, I pay a little extra for the interesting. Naumi Liora definitely includes the quirks, but little more. Even after a room change found that it’s devoid of any real personality and has some absolutely obvious basic design flaws. It’s... More

Dear mark_m_SH2014, I am sorry your stay with us did not live up to your expectations. We are already in the midst of installing more hooks. We make full use of whatever available space we could get out of this 1926 heritage shophouse. We proud to own and operate within this charming row of buildings because not many can boast... More

Overall it is a good image and feeling to stay though its not a large scale hotel, nice decoration no matter the lobby, room and breakfast place, just a little bit comments about the curtain for the room on ground floor, can improve for more privacy.

Dear William C, We receive your feedback with many thanks. We like that the stay worked for you with the exception of the curtains. As you are reading this, my technicians are working (or are probably done!) with contractors to make changes to the curtains. Nonetheless, thank you for informing us. If you are still on the road, stay safe.... More

I have stayed at many of the 5 star hotels when in S'pore, but never found a place as good as Naumi Liora, where I had one of the very nice porch rooms. Friendly star, clean and really nice room with a terrace!nothing but excellent

My stay at Naumi Liora was very pleasant and enjoyable. The staff was absolutely warm and welcoming in receiving guests. They even offer refreshments and snacks for their guests at the lobby. The rooms are efficiently designed and the bed is super comfortable. Sizes of the room usually don't bother me so much as most of the time I travel,... More

Dear 2travelclever, I was actually cheering for our staff to be the winner but the location came out tops instead. We missed it by a whisker! Nonetheless, we are still very happy to get your approval for the warmth and comfort we were able to provide. We also take a lot of pride in choosing the right location to be... More

- small but clean rooms (check if window is in your room), maybe then price is a little too high as room experience is really important for a hotel stay - small but nice bathroom - free ice cream and chips in the lobby area are a nice perk - good location

Dear 320benjamin, Appreciate your time to give us this valued feedback. It is great to hear that you liked the nibbles we provided. When you do return to stay with us, you might want to try out our porch rooms which comes with an outdoor patio. I think you will like it. Till then, take care! More

We stayed 3 nights during long weekend. The location in Chinatown is great - close to everything while nice and quiet around the hotel. We took the room with the porch and it was a good idea as the rooms are really tiny and dark. Hotel maintenance is not good enough: our bathroom door would not completely close, walls were... More

Dear Gregory T, Thank you so much for given us the valued feedback. We are looking into the issues that you have raised. We have already engaged a contractor to overhaul our air-conditioning system and have planned a more rigorous maintenance program. It is unfortunate that you had to go through the inconvenience but rest assure we have it all... More

Windowless room! Where does it say that on the website? If I had known we would be staying in a 'quaint' windowless room approximately 2.5metres wide by approximately 4.5 metres long, with paper thin walls (can hear people in other rooms snoring), and if someone uses the bathroom on adjoining wall or any floor above (esp during the night), you... Dear Jenny J, I feel bad that you felt cheated after looking at our website. However, we made sure we indicated in our website that all our quaint rooms do not have windows. It is stated under the "Rooms - Liora Quaint" tab. I guess, after going through so many other hotels' website, you could have probably missed it. We... More

We stayed 5 nights in the Naumi Liora hotel. The location and the atmosphere (because its a old chinese house) are very good. The room was a bit tiny for the price tough, but I guess this is normal for Singapore. We had a room with a window, which is not self-evident in this hotel. Because our room was with... More

We were very pleased when looking on the Internet for this hotel. We normally love boutique hotels. Once arrived the reception was not friendly at all and only asked if we had reservation. No Hoe was your trip or welcome to our hotel. We thought we had porch room but sends we booked heritage. They confirmed the room was very... More

Dear jordi e, I would like to show my appreciation for your taking time to give us your feedback. However, I would like to apologise because we fell short of your expectations for... More
