During 4 days trip in Singapoe, we stayed in this hotel, my first sight for the room was quite small but feel tidy and comfortable, the daily cleaning service was good. The staff services were good and patient. Sometimes we stayed in lobby for enjoying the tea, coffee, icecream and some snack with complimentary by hotel, it felt relaxing for... More

Dear Vivray Thank you for your kind review on your stay with us! Naumi Liora offers our guests unobtrusive service as well as perks that are inclusive in the room packages. We are conveniently located at Keong Saik Road - an evolving enclave featuring an intriguing mix of old heritage and modern traits of Singapore. The hotel is just a... More

Washrooms r horribly small. Not justified. The online pics n reality are not very similar.breakfast at the study is not at all acceptable by any standards.they have no variety at all. The staff is cordial though. And helpful. Accessibility to main parts of city is good.

The Hotel is nice and small and so relatively intimate compared to many of the larger Hotels in Singapore - primary attraction for me is the proximity to Chinatown and the relaxed nature of the staff. The room arrangement best described as 'quaint' with a quirky raised Toilet Shower that sits rather oddly in the middle of the very compact... More

Hotel' s basic service is good. Hotel's location is convenience. It is closed to China Town. However, Breakfast need to be improved. Snack Bar need to be improved. I have stayed for three nights, but the items of breakfast & snack bar are the same.

My mum and I stayed for 3 days at the Naumi Liora at the beginning of September. This hotel was absolutely perfect for a short city break. Very comfy beds, excellent service and really friendly and helpful staff, 5 minutes to the nearest MRT and 5 minutes on the train into central Singapore. Not massive rooms, but perfectly clean and... Dear VerityJW Thank you for your review! Size doesn't always matter and in this case, Naumi Liora may not have massive rooms but they are cosy and comfy enough. Liora Quaint is available from 15sqm onwards and our most luxurious room category is the Liora Porch with at least 64sqm of space including room and a private alfresco porch. We... More

The room was cozy and clean. Service of the hotel was very friendly. You can walk to the nearest MRT by only 5 minutes from the hotel. The restaurant across the hotel was awesome, too! Oh, there is a sport room in the hotel, not big but useful enough.

Dear Irin811120 Thank you for your 5* review on the service rendered by the Liora team. Location is one of our advantage over other boutique brands. This feels more like a hostel than a boutique hotel. The pictures are deceiving. Rooms are terribly small and claustrophobic and thoughtlessly designed - no towel racks (only 1 hook), no bedroom slippers nor toiletries except shampoo/conditioner/shower gel/body lotion. I would rather be made to call for the iron & ironing board than a pair of bedroom slippers or a... More

Dear Lapetitecrevette, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry we did not live up to your expectations. Our intention was to have the room/bathroom as clutter-free as possible hence slippers and shower caps are provided when there's a request. There was no intention to deceive anyone with the pictures we have. It was taken from an angle that can... More

When I’ve got the chance, I stay at a “boutique hotel” as while they’re sometimes small, often quirky and occasionally flawed, I pay a little extra for the interesting. Naumi Liora definitely includes the quirks, but little more. Even after a room change found that it’s devoid of any real personality and has some absolutely obvious basic design flaws. It’s... More

Dear mark_m_SH2014, I am sorry your stay with us did not live up to your expectations. We are already in the midst of installing more hooks. We make full use of whatever available space we could get out of this 1926 heritage shophouse. We proud to own and operate within this charming row of buildings because not many can boast... More

Overall it is a good image and feeling to stay though its not a large scale hotel, nice decoration no matter the lobby, room and breakfast place, just a little bit comments about the curtain for the room on ground floor, can improve for more privacy.

Dear William C, We receive your feedback with many thanks. We like that the stay worked for you with the exception of the curtains. As you are reading this, my technicians are working (or are probably done!) with contractors to make changes to the curtains. Nonetheless, thank you for informing us. If you are still on the road, stay safe.... More
