We stayed here in May for 4 nights. A great option for exploring Chinatown. They have a Chinese restaurant in the hotel, Great food but very pricey .The hotel is tired but clean and that's more than fine as when in Singapore who stays in their hotel for hours at end ?!!!! The concierge staff are very helpful! Especially one gentleman... More

We stayed for 3 nights enroute to Bali. We were not disappointed. The price was good, right on the river and an easy ten minutes along the river toclarkes quay. Excellent comfy bed, good shower. Very quiet at night. Nice pool but could jaccuzi. Very noisy extractor fan by pool but we only used it for a dip at the end... More

Although we were only in Singapore for 3 nights, I was happy to leave. When we arrived our room stunk of smoke, it was disgusting. We dealt with it as we had had a long flight. There was fruit in our room which was going brown. Breakfast was over priced and on our last night we came back to our... More

Stayed here for a night. The lobby looks good. Employees are friendly and helpful. The room isn't big but enough for two people. The only thing I would want to have in the room is a complimentary coffee maker which wasn't there. Bus stop is close.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The lobby area looks quite nice and new, but the rooms could do with a little lift as carpet looked a bit old and outdated (but not dirty) and the bathroom needed updating. But the bed was fantastic and very comfy. We had breakfast at the hotel and it had wide range of foods. We... More

This hotel is a little way away from metro stations but did have a bus stop outside. We used many (cheap) taxis to get around as a result. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms a little tired but cleaned every day. Beds very hard but had a good night's sleep. Restaurant food sampled on the first night and even with... More

The staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't try the breakfast, but the wide range of food offered looked attractive (we didn't book the breakfast partly due to the cost.) I'm not so sure of the room facilities. I find the air conditioner quite noisy and couldn't get to sleep well due to the constant noise it generated. Second, the... More

On first look, the hotel looks a little tired and could do with a little freshening up. The staff here are fabulous - very efficient and accommodating. The rooms are a decent size and well equipped. Breakfast was a bit expensive compared with what you could get nearby. Location was good - a short walk to Robertson Quay - 5-10... More

We chose this hotel as part of a Singapore Stopover package. Coffee and toast on our arrival shocked us with a bill of $16 for average small cups of ordinary coffee and several slices of white bread and some butter and jam. The breakfast buffet was overpriced at $28pp. We did not ue the restaurant after tasting the coffee and... More
