Superb service- very fast as well. Very courteous staff. Spic and span lobby, pool area, room. Great location/accessability- walking distance to major transpos and mall. Our 13 month old baby loved the room as he had plenty of room to crawl and practice walking.

Had a staycation and was pleased to be upgraded to a Crystal Club room. Room was spacious enough and no complaints on the cleanliness and amenities. Room service from the Chinese restaurant was excellent. To conclude, it's a good hotel at an acceptable price, right smack in the heart of City Hall.

Staying here for business and very good. Maybe a bit expensive for the budget traveller but the food and service is great. Friendly staff look after you and help out what ever the problem. Rooms are very comfortable and reasonable size. Will stay here again esp if company is paying.
