The Hotel Chancellor@Orchard has undergone a major renewal but is lacking too many amenities to be classified as a 4 star premise, and the only thing I can really favor is its location, quite close to SMTR Somerset station and Orchard Road. Some of the negative points of the hotel include: the bathroom is tiny, the shower area has been... More

The Hotel is creepy i meant the hallways and the odor is offensive for me. We stayed for 2 nights for 3D/2N for Phil peso 10,000. We even deposited and we were asked for credit card. The stay does not include breakfast. But the hotel is accessible as it is within the famous Orchard road and down the streets a... More

We stayed at this hotel for our educational trip in Singapore. So, we are total of 3 sections (Approx 20 students per section). I have no idea at all that time, since we were in a group tour if how much we have spent our money to pay for the room nights. We were just going with the flow of... More

I visited this hotel in my first visit to Singapore. The hotel is average... so the prices are reasonable more or less. The staff was neutral and services are ok. However, they helped us in arranging a guide for our daily tours. Behind the hotel building, there are some shops, where you can eat some of Singapore specials and can... More

My husband and I still joke about this place, it was, in short, absolutely vile. We felt dirty and diseased after sleeping here, and did not even bother with the breakfast. Or room was filthy, brown, worn out and stank of cigarettes. Honestly I am not picky and have backpacked etc. but this was just foul. Also, staff were rude... More
