Nice spacious rooms. Clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was not up to standard, disappointed. Facilities were ok. Convenient place. Easy to food centres and transport. Easy booking and very reasonable price.

Stayed for a week, wife and son. Robertson Walk is nice but limited, though there are restaurants and shops in the side-streets behind the Walk. Many of the restaurants are overpriced and lower quality than you would expect. Wine Connection is the exception, along with a coffee shop inside next door that has awesome Australian coffee and desserts. Most of... More

normally stay at a hotel in Singapore but as there was 4 of us travelling and we had all been on a cruise ship thought we would try something different . Location was good and the courtesy buses to Orchard rd and other shopping locations was a bonus. Breakfast was included and although basic was ok the room quite small... More

Dear Pjwksb Thank you for choosing Fraser Place and posting this nice review after stay. I am dismayed that the 3 Bedroom apartment you stayed did not fully meet your needs. Our apartment do come in many interesting layouts and sizes, and I am sure we will be able to find one which is more suitable in your next visit.... More

very nice location if you want to eat in the western style restaurants of robinson walk or clarke quay, free bus to orchard rd, rooms comfortable, though the robinson walk noise on a friday night is a little loud. The MRT is a good 15 min walk and for good local hawker food you need a cab. Staff friendly and... More

In all honesty, I didn't think this place was physically outstanding. breakfast was terribly crowded and stifling for the number of people they had - granted, we arrived on a public holiday and it was fully, fully booked. Furnishing seemed old, though clean. We arrived after a 20 hour flight from New York, the kids (one of whom is a... More

Dear sibleyrand Thank you for the great review and sharing what one of our staff member did to make your stay more comfortable. His name is Hamid, one of our Concierges who had assisted you. He is really happy to be mentioned, and it is unexpected as well as he thought he is merely doing his job in meeting the... More

We really really loved our stay at Fraser's place... After two days our kids referred to it as home... We stayed in a two bedroom apartment... Very spacious very clean and a huge king bed!! The bed is firm but is typical for this part of the world I've found. We faced the courtyard and stayed on the 6th floor,... More

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment over Easter 2015 for 4 adults. The apartment was spacious with an ensuite and separate bathroom. Kitchen facilities/dining room and lounge area. It was better than we had expected and we were very pleased with our choice. The area was fabulous with lots of great restaurants nearby. The only thing that let us down... More

No room to sit at breakfast time, buffet breakfast took 30 mins to prepare, and we were there at 9.30 am. The master bedroom has no English speaking channels..for a 4.5 star hotel the service is poor, very poor!

Dear drismassey Thank you for the review and the kind note about our staff. I am truly apologetic about your experience at the breakfast. I would like to assure this is not the usual standard even as we work continuously in providing better service to our guests. The TV in the master bedroom is tuned to all freely available channels... We have just spent a fantastic five nights here and for first timers to Singapore, we couldn't have been happier. Perfect location with so much within walking distance and the convenience of the complimentary shopping shuttle was very much appreciated. The staff couldn't do enough for us and were so friendly and professional. The pool was brilliant for our family... More

Staying in The Quays

Neighborhood Profile
The Quays
From Marina Bay, a walk along Singapore River will take you through the three Quays of the city, each offering a very different atmosphere. Boat Quay features historical sites and a buzzing riverfront vibe. Clarke Quay caters to the party crowd, while Robertson Quay appeals to the leisurely wanderer. Weekends at Robertson Quay and Martin Road also give a peek into the lives of expats in Singapore, as the riverfront teems with joggers, dog walkers, and those getting their caffeine fix over brunch or enjoying a burger and a beer. No matter what you’re up for, the three Quays have something to keep you happy, day or night.
