I chose The Elizabeth hotel based on four factors: The price, breakfast included, location (close to Orchard Rd) and free Wifi. I was not disappointed on any account. My room was lovely and the staff helpful and friendly. I will probably return to the Elizabeth hotel on my next visit to Singapore.

The hotel location is near by Orchard Road, the must for shopping fans. Even it's so near the hotel is quiet and you can sleep fantastic. Vastly superior to any place I've stayed at back home (in Australia). Friendly and helpful concierge, most of whom remembered me after the first day. Fastidious room cleaning. Buffet breakfast very enjoyable.

The hotel location is very good as in shopping center, just walking distance. The room very clean and have all neccessary stuff, such as hair dryer, big television screen, working table for business trip. Breakfast also good teast. I love it. If i will go to singapore again. Elizabeth will be the 1 hotel that i select.

I booked this hotel for my mom and my brother to stay during my ROM ceremony. Front desk staffs congrats us with a big flower bouquet and 2 bottles of wine. The service is super excellent from concierge, front desk till housekeeping. They are very friendly and extremely helpful! I will recommend all my friends and family to stay here!

Updated room with clean "wood" and marble flooring, nicely appointed shower room (no "bidet shower" ??), four fluffy white towels, whiter-than-white bed linen, in-room safe, functioning WiFi, and friendly, polite and efficient reception staff.

Stayed here for 2 nights at executive rooms, a bit disappointed coz not bathtub or jacuzzi. About 10-15 mts walking distance to malls in Orchard road. Non-halal breakfast at their restaurant Modestos, but some food can still be eaten by Muslim, for example fried rice with eggs, paratha with dhal etc. Free laundry, free wifi and cab is always available...
