A very nice hotel with a calm and quite surroundings, situated at the shore of quite river flowing across Singapore. The only flaw being VERY SMALL ROOMS and the same breakfast daily. The staff is also not so friendly except a few. The river side restaurant serves good snacks till late in the night.

We booked this hotel because it looked very nice on the internet, the pictures are very deceiving! The room was extremely small, dirty, cleaners refused to clean the room. We had to pay for an extra night because we checked in at 10am but we were told that there's no cleaning service on the day! so why we had to... More

The hotel was in a great location. Round ClarkeQuay is amazing! However it is extremely pricey, but this is the same throughout singapore. This was our first destination and we had booked it from home. It wasn't good value for money as rooms were small and basic but we got TV, hot shower, pretty clean, but there was a off,... More

We were in Singapore as a party of 5 to celebrate my 60th birthday. There were 2 seperate bookings (3 rooms) as our friends from Ottawa joined us for the occassion. Although we both reviewed the hotel web site let this be a lesson not to believe all you see in pictures. The hotel is tired beyond believe and the... More

After spending 2 weeks staying in budget to midrange hotels in Vietnam, this was the worst hotel of the trip. The rooms were dirty - major mold and broken tiles in the bathroom - we were told we were lucky to have a shower curtain - but it was so disgusting we couldnt shower with it. The mattress covers were... More

It's in a great location, right on Clarke Quay, which is a pretty up-market area. It was pretty pricey for what you got (which isn't much). It was generally clean. Bit of a musky smell to the hotel. All of Singapore is pricey compared to the rest of Asia so your not really going to get any bargains. It was... More

This is a hotel with the basic amenities that one needs for the night. Don't expect fancy looking building structures and services. It is conveniently located next to Boat Quay, Clarke Quay and a train station. Dining and night spot options are aplenty. We were on the road 14 hours of day while in Singapore. So a basic hotel like... More

Had to stay over night in singapore for transit and didn't want to spend too much on accomandation as we will only be in the hotel for less than 6hrs. Robertson quay hotel's rate fitted in our budget (Singapore's hotel r expensive!) The room was very small and the bathroom was even smaller (it's more like the size of a... More

From the outside the hotel looks fine but it slowly goes down hill fast as you enter. The reception area is very basic that could be so more welcoming. I’ve stayed in a number of low priced hotels around the world but the rooms in this hotel are awful shabby and filthy with no evidence of any attempt to clean... More

For the price the Robertson Quay Hotel was fine, think travelodge rather than the Ritz. The rooms are basic and on the small side but what more are you going to need them for other than sleeping and washing, Singapore is a wonderful city that should be explored. We had the breakfast there most mornings which wasn't too great. The... More
