Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights (21-24 Oct) and have to say it is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Decor was outdated, carpet was filthy with cigarette burns and the entire bathroom was filthy too. not sure when the tiles were last cleaned. Towels either smelled of smoke or musty dampness and some had some... More

Am still residing at the hotel since last one week and will be here for another week. It is an average business travelers category property. Buffet breakfast has a variety spread but have been seeing the same spread for the past one week that am staying. There has been no change in the spread whatsoever as such for long stays... More

Stayed here over the formula 1 period. The rooms were ok, reasonably clean but our non smoking floor had a terrible smell of cigarettes. The hotel provided what we needed which was a bed late at night after the race. No free Wi Fi is a big turn off for us, and the price for the Wi Fi if you... More

Dear dewith87 Many thanks for your comments. Please accept our sincere apologies on the room smell that you have mentioned . Although it is a non-smoking floor, some guests still steal a puff, so our housekeeping team regularly deploy ionizers and air fresheners to freshen the rooms and corridors. We are looking into more ways to further improve this situation.... More

Beautiful view from our room over the river and city... spectacular at night. Bus stops outside the hotel and a short easy ride in to the centre, alternatively a taxi was not too pricey from what I remember. The taxi from the airport to the hotel was about 20-30 singapore dollars. The hotel was clean and all the staff were... More

Only giving two stars because the pool was ok, however the spa pool had more floaties in it than what is humanly safe! Staff were ok. On arrival at our floor we were greeted with a musty smell and VERY tired decor, on taking ten steps in we were met with an overpowering stench of what resembled urine - totally... More

Dear Tracy P, Please accept our sincere apologises that the room and jacuzzi were not up to your expectation. Stayed for 3 nights with family. Below are few areas which the management really need to look into it. 1. No wifi access which is totally unacceptable. 2. Unfriendly staff (even ask us to sit in separate table for breakfast where actually they can help us to join any table.) 3. Smelly bathroom 4. Room was average. 5. Breakfast only... More

We arrived at the Riverview Hotel after almost an hour in a taxi from the international airport. The location is good, right on the river, but our room looked out over the city which was a shame. There is a very nice swimming pool which we didn't find until we were given a door key-card so we could freshen up... More

Its just a normal business hotel with unfriendly staff. The location was good with a nice city view. No free wifi access. The hotel was a bit pricey for its offerings so I don't think I will go back to this hotel again.

The hotel is a little run down but clean, the rooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom is ok and the service was good. We asked for a high floor and two rooms next to each other and we got both. Nice choice of places to eat near by but most are a bit pricey. The... More

Dear jenfo77, Many thanks for your feedback and our teams will be glad to hear your compliments about their service. We stayed in this hotel for just one night due to its central location.
