Apart from the proximity to the Orchard road, I really cannot see any real reason to stay in this hotel at prices of above SGD180 (and I'm generous). Beautiful rooms on the 16th floor (Club room) but some inconsistencies amongst our group of 7 people as to the standards. Different room sizes and decor meant some in the group were disappointed, and others very well pleased. My room was lovely, decorated in pale green with silk embroidered panels and a sitting area. This hotel was okay and the location is okay for shopping and was good for my business trip. There's much better hotels in Singapore and it certainly wouldn't make me specifically choose this hotel to stay in if I was visiting Singapore for any other reason other than business and proximity to office. more

I only stayed for a one night, but it was great! Night life is just next door! Check in was very fast and staff were very friendly too. Gym was good, and the pool. Good food too.
