We were looking forward to staying at a hotel of this caliber in Singapore but were a little apprehensive if our two young children would really be welcomed there... Well, the kids loved it! We were on the 21st floor, so the glass elevator rides were thrilling. The pool area is very classy, but still kid friendly - the attendant... More

On my regular trips to Singapore over the years,, I always stay at the Pan Pacific and so far, it has not let me down. It is a true 5 star hotel in an excellent city. Service is very good and friendly and the rooms are quiet, comfortable and well maintained. The hotel is in a good location connected to... More

Due to the lack of double beds at the Mandarin Oriental, we decided to stay at he Pan Pacific and it was an excellent choice. We were in Singapore to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday and our 1st Wedding Anniversary. Check-in was quick and efficient and the Hotel kindly upgraded our room as it was my wife's birthday. They sent... More

We stayed at the Pan Pacific Hotel in Sinagpore at the start of January for 3 nights and we loved it. To start of our trip we were upgraded to an executive suite. And it was gorgeous, the size of the suite is amazing and very comfortable. The location of the hotel is quite good and you can get to... More

The Pan Pacific is absolutely brilliant! If you are going to Singapore, choose this hotel. We stayed there for 3 nights in November 2006 and didn't want to leave. Everything about it was superb - The staff, the rooms, the lobby, bar, etc etc The beds are SO comfortable! Best nights' sleep we've had in ages. The reception staff were... More

This is an excellent hotel, great rooms, not overly large but very nice and comfortable. Great staff, close proximity to shopping and restaurants and really good food in the Hotel also. Free internet in some cases with a higher rate and discounts on laundry and other services if you are staying 2 weeks or more. This is my first trip... More

I would happily return to teh Pan Pacific any time. In fact, we tried to work out whether we'll afford to live there instead of paying two mortgages back home. It was sooo comfortable. Arrived late am from an overnight train journey looking a bit ruffled. We were offered a room there and then, although not our choice, and decided... More

We stayed in this hotel in Singapore for the first part of our honeymoon, for four nights. The hotel looked after us very well with flowers and a beautiful chocolate cake on arrival, as well as an upgrade to a balcony room. The room was spacious, with a large bed and exceptionally clean. There were bathrobes and slippers in the... More

Wonderful place! From the moment we arrived we were looked after. Excellent location - ladies (and gents) right on the doorstep of 2 shopping centres Marine Square and Suntec City. Getting a taxi couldn't be easier with the doorman calling one - however return journeys can be more tricky so book in advance if possible - however the walk to... More

We stayed at the Pan Pacific on 22nd December for 1 night on our way to KL and very much wished that we had also booked it for our return home. The moment we arrived we were whisked to the front desk for check in. Despite others also checking in there was enough staff that after a couple of minutes... More

Staying in Marina Bay

Neighborhood Profile
Marina Bay
More of a mini city than a neighborhood in the traditional sense, the iconic Marina Bay aims to dazzle and entertain visitors of all kinds. This is the Singapore found in glossy brochures, featuring a world-class hotel, casino, shops, restaurants, bars, and other attractions all geared towards pure entertainment. The SkyPark at Marina Bay Sands provides a stunning view of the city, a must-see photo opportunity for visitors and locals alike. The ArtScience Museum always has a top-quality exhibition, and Gardens by the Bay is a fascinating manifestation of the government’s vision of Singapore as a “city in a garden”. Enticing Marina Bay is well worth a visit.
