The Hotel is excellent and service is quite good. It is supposedly the largest hotel in Singapore (with 750 odd rooms). The rates are also reasonable as comparable hotels will cost you 350+ while the Pan Pacific often goes for around 250+....Room service was good with items replenished everyday......
