The poolside was great. The room with two full sized beds was a bit small and old. When I asked for a better room I was shown almost similar ones. About what you would expect from the Sheraton...exemplary service, above-average rooms, good business services. Nothing extraordinary like the Ritz, but a solid business hotel. The location was a bit out of the way if you are looking for the Quays, but I was on a business trip, so it was fine. more

The hotel is near the MRT station , not far from Orchard street .It has a very nice pool at the 5 floor , gym and sauna .The dinner is very nice , breakfast good , services ok . more

Been staying here for my business trips ever since the Starwood group closed the Le Meridien on Orchard. As a starwood member, the choice is now either Sheraton or the more unaffordable St Regis. I would recommend the Sheraton Towers to anyone. The service was exceptional, from the front desk, to the room service, to house keeping. I think this is a great hotel for business travellers, in that it is off the beaten path and located in a prett quite area. The rooms are clean, pretty spacious and the beds are very comfortable.... more
