This hotel has very good rooms, friendly staff, breakfast for all people over the world (Asian food, European food etc) and is located next to the Singapore Nile where you can have a great walk in the evening. Very nice terras next to the water. I have been here more than ones and when I need to travel to S'pore... More

Back again to the Grand Copthorne Waterfront, a regular haunt when I am in Asia, everything the busy business traveller wants and needs. The Executive floor is modest but good and my room on the 30th floor was great. Good hotel, good service, good facilities, some areas are starting to get a little tired so need to keep on top... Good location but then, no where is far away in Singapore. Beside the Singapore River, so catch the water taxi or walk to the railway station. The staff are friendly, patient and helpful. The buffet breakfast provides a diverse array of fresh foods. The coffee is awful but this seems a general problem in Singapore. Food and drinks are otherwise... More

Lovely hotel, not the best but clean and welcoming. Disappointed that we had to queue for at least 30 minutes for breakfast each morning. Food was ok, poor selection for vegetarians as predominantly meat and fish based meals. We ate out each evening as so many wonderful restaurants around. Wonderful view from the room of the Singapore skyline.

Visited some guest at the hotel to have dinner. A few restaurants there are quite well known. Try to browse and settled on one. Lobby was quite grand with classic decorations and articles. Gift shop was good too.

I am modifying the review below with the bottom line that for our future trips we will NOT be using this hotel. The reason is simple. Their "loyalty" program is a sham. Only after diligent searching small print did I discover that our 9 nights would not count as award nights because they were booked by our corporate required travel... More

Been to this hotel few times, starting 2005. They keep same good standards at a competitive price. Location is very good, walking distance from Robertson and Clarke Quay, although pretty far from MRT. However, taxies seems to be still convenient in Singapore, compared to general price increase. This time I was luck and got a very nice room with magnificent... More

I recently stayed here on business using the Club Lounge and Executive Floor facilities. Check in is on the 29th floor, relaxed and efficient, just what you need after a long trip. The room was clean, comfortable and well serviced. Air conditioning could have been a little cooler, but not a real issue. Services and benefits that are attached to... More

Staying in The Quays

Neighborhood Profile
The Quays
From Marina Bay, a walk along Singapore River will take you through the three Quays of the city, each offering a very different atmosphere. Boat Quay features historical sites and a buzzing riverfront vibe. Clarke Quay caters to the party crowd, while Robertson Quay appeals to the leisurely wanderer. Weekends at Robertson Quay and Martin Road also give a peek into the lives of expats in Singapore, as the riverfront teems with joggers, dog walkers, and those getting their caffeine fix over brunch or enjoying a burger and a beer. No matter what you’re up for, the three Quays have something to keep you happy, day or night.
