Visited some guest at the hotel to have dinner. A few restaurants there are quite well known. Try to browse and settled on one. Lobby was quite grand with classic decorations and articles. Gift shop was good too.

I am modifying the review below with the bottom line that for our future trips we will NOT be using this hotel. The reason is simple. Their "loyalty" program is a sham. Only after diligent searching small print did I discover that our 9 nights would not count as award nights because they were booked by our corporate required travel... More

Been to this hotel few times, starting 2005. They keep same good standards at a competitive price. Location is very good, walking distance from Robertson and Clarke Quay, although pretty far from MRT. However, taxies seems to be still convenient in Singapore, compared to general price increase. This time I was luck and got a very nice room with magnificent... More

I recently stayed here on business using the Club Lounge and Executive Floor facilities. Check in is on the 29th floor, relaxed and efficient, just what you need after a long trip. The room was clean, comfortable and well serviced. Air conditioning could have been a little cooler, but not a real issue. Services and benefits that are attached to... More

I will start off by saying that the hotel probably qualifies as a mid-range 5 star hotel. What do I mean by that? It is not particularly new or flashy but it does have all the usual details you associate with a 5 star hotels. What makes it stand out from a crowded field of soulless international standard hotels in... More

Staff are friendly and accommodating. Check-in and check- out were both fast. The location was not bad but not what I expected it to be having read it on Agoda as the location to be on Clarke Quay. There were a few nice cafes across the river which was impressively great for brunches. I would go back if I get... More

Had a mini staycation at this hotel with friend for our birthday celebration. Room size was decent and bed is comfort to sleep. The swimming pool is small, however as we did not swim so is not a bother to us. Had a weekend buffet dinner at Cafe Brios. Food spread is huge. Their speciality dish is the Lobster Laksa.... More

We had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. Polite staff who try hard to be helpful. However, details could be lost (e.g. room service order requirements), seemingly due to surges on guest demands. Location is tricky - we relied a lot on taxi, which luckily was not as expensive as some European ones. Breakfast struggles to provide for vegetarian /... More

Staying in The Quays

Neighborhood Profile
The Quays
From Marina Bay, a walk along Singapore River will take you through the three Quays of the city, each offering a very different atmosphere. Boat Quay features historical sites and a buzzing riverfront vibe. Clarke Quay caters to the party crowd, while Robertson Quay appeals to the leisurely wanderer. Weekends at Robertson Quay and Martin Road also give a peek into the lives of expats in Singapore, as the riverfront teems with joggers, dog walkers, and those getting their caffeine fix over brunch or enjoying a burger and a beer. No matter what you’re up for, the three Quays have something to keep you happy, day or night.
