We stayed 2 nights this time. The breakfast is excellent. The breakfast caters for all cultures. Their steamed buns are great. They are very helpful in the dinning room. We ate dinner away from the hotel so that we could try other eating places.

We were on a tour so the hotel was picked for us by our travel company Kuoni. Our room was on the 26th floor Room no 2611. It was spacious room and had a comfortable king size bed which can easily accommodate 3 adults and a Sofa for seating. There was a mini Fridge, and coffee maker. The Breakfast was... More

Good: breakfast, friendly staff Bad: we booked for 2 adults & 2 children but when we got to our room only a double bed was made up - nothing for the kids. It took 2 attempts and even then we only got sheets for 1 bed plus a doona and 2 blankets, so we made do. Public transport from here... More

Stayed at the Grand Copthorne for six nights on business and it served its purpose well. Check-in staff was very courteous and friendly, though I sadly can't say the same for all of the concierge staff. The male concierge on my day of departure was awesome and very helpful and friendly, but his female colleague who I asked tourism related... More

I stayed there once and visited a friend there before. Rooms& bathrooms are small. Would not choose this hotel for a staycation. Will only choose it if it is near to office. Or if the only journey you will make is between hotel & office.

We were on a tour so the hotel was picked for us by our travel company. Our room was on the 15th floor, provided great views of the area. It was spacious and had a comfortable bed. Like many hotels, it did not have great lighting above the bed for people who like to sit up in bed and read.... More

This was my 2nd stay at this hotel. My room was not better than my 1st stay. Smaller and older. But the bay view is still incredible. Gym center is great, complete and spacious! But it's difficult to find descent price food in the area. Good hotel for business trip..

Located near Robertson Quay about 1 1/2 miles from the financial district. The outside and lobby area are great. The buffet breakfast (which was included in my tariff) was OK although the layout was a bit random. The staff were pretty inattentive offering me no information (both on arrival and at breakfast) at all. And now the room (2613, 26th... More

The standard superior room I stayed is very small, not luxurious with bare minimum facilities. This is the first luxury hotel where hot water kettle to study table for power connection from tea table. Breakfast spread was also not great. Comparatively Shangrilla and Regent this place is not value for money. It is in a good location. Gym equipements are... More

We had wonderful service from staff here, it's right on riverfront and a 5 min walk to eateries at Robertson quay on river or about 20 min walk to Clarke quay which we did most days. Just not in the heat of the day
