We recently returned from a short stay at this hotel, and really cannot fault anything at all. From the minute we checked in to the time we checked out, all the staff were very professional and extremely helpful. The executive floor was mentioned to us at check in and we chose to upgrade. What a good decision that was !... More

Being a member of "a la carte", we frequent this hotel quite a bit for their F&B. The food, from Brio's to Pontini, are all fabulous. But this was my first stay here, on staycation. The room was very comfortable, the size is good enough for a study table and an arm chair on top of the usual amenities. I... More

Good location by the waterfront, able to walk to Clarke Quay and Boat Quay. Room adequate but could do with being refurbished, the shower especially around the floor looked quite dirty. Food was indifferent and staff not particularly helpful, overall satisfactory but could do with a makeover.

This hotel is located in a good part of the city. Close to the river whereby you can simply walk to Clarke Quay or any of the other Quays to sample the various restaurant food. The hotel rooms are a little tired but the rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast is a buffet type breakfast located in the main... More

My dad and I stayed here for seven days. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The concierge even helped me book a tour for Lego Land in Malaysia. The food, especially the breakfast, was great. The room was neat and very comfortable.

Been there for a week end and I left happy with a serious hotel level. Reception staff is pro and efficient. I would just comment on the electronic tablet guest are asked to use: looks outdated, doesn't work properly as the staff asked me to fill a piece of paper after trying to make the tablet working 3 times. Room... More

The location of the hotel is beatiful as it is near a river. We can enjoy trips from boats as the start point is close by. The hotel being really close to the city centre makes it easier and faster to go shopping or sightseeing. The condition of rooms and bathrooms were Average. However you can make do for a... More

Stayed here for 7 days in April 2015 after a 14 night cruise from HongKong. Situated on a bend in the Singapore river opposite Robertson Quay. Staff are very friendly and helpful. You can get free wifi if you sign up to their rewards system, else it can be expensive. We took the offer of breakfast at S$20 per day,... More

Staying in The Quays

Neighborhood Profile
The Quays
From Marina Bay, a walk along Singapore River will take you through the three Quays of the city, each offering a very different atmosphere. Boat Quay features historical sites and a buzzing riverfront vibe. Clarke Quay caters to the party crowd, while Robertson Quay appeals to the leisurely wanderer. Weekends at Robertson Quay and Martin Road also give a peek into the lives of expats in Singapore, as the riverfront teems with joggers, dog walkers, and those getting their caffeine fix over brunch or enjoying a burger and a beer. No matter what you’re up for, the three Quays have something to keep you happy, day or night.
