A great hotel located close to Chinatown in particular and several shopping malls. Friendly, polite and VERY HELPFUL STAFF. A free hotel shuttle bus service all day long that takes you to Great World City, The Paragon and Plaza Singapura on Orchard Rd (the major shopping street) and to Chinatown. The hotel concierge can help you arrange coach excursions and... More

We stayed here on a stop over to Australia, booked by my travel agent. We found a clean and tidy hotel providing a very good breakfast with choice of European or Asian style items. I you are able to walk a little distance, then within a short time, you commence the river walk which takes you to many shopping and... More

I and my wife stayed in this hotel while holidaying in Singapore. Though this is a good hotel, but it does not offer anything spectacular. I requested the receptionist to give us a good room with good views. But the receptionist gave us a room with no view from the window. There was nothing to see from the window. The... More

I booked this hotel through hotwire. I chose the location based the central location between sights and the cruise terminal. I only stayed one night as it was a stop over for a cruise. The room that they gave us was average sized. The floors were quiet and the staff was welcoming. The furnishings were basic and the bathroom had... More

In simple words I would say this hotel is quite suitable for a business trip. There are some things that anyone would love and some that would upset as well. I'll begin with the things I loved about the hotel. The housekeeping and the front desk takes it all. I personally found the front desk very polite and friendly. Regarding... More

The rooms were pleasantly large, the outlook very good, though the windows could have a wash sometime! the swimming pool, excellent area to unwind. The Penang Buffet, excellent - good opportunity to taste authentic Malayasia food. the Hop on Hop Off bus stop just next door and the doorman knows everything and will arrange visits to Johore and other areas.... Booking this hotel was bit of a gamble for us, since we had booked really late and most other hotels were booked during Chinese New Year. I reached at around 8:30 in the morning, and went straight for breakfast after dropping the luggage off in my room. The variety of food wasn't very great, and they fell short of knives... More

Staying in The Quays

Neighborhood Profile
The Quays
From Marina Bay, a walk along Singapore River will take you through the three Quays of the city, each offering a very different atmosphere. Boat Quay features historical sites and a buzzing riverfront vibe. Clarke Quay caters to the party crowd, while Robertson Quay appeals to the leisurely wanderer. Weekends at Robertson Quay and Martin Road also give a peek into the lives of expats in Singapore, as the riverfront teems with joggers, dog walkers, and those getting their caffeine fix over brunch or enjoying a burger and a beer. No matter what you’re up for, the three Quays have something to keep you happy, day or night.
