The hotel is one of class and elegance. Cheerful employees greet you at check in with ease. Hotel is huge with amazing dining options. Rooms in the tower wing were not big but were extremely comfortable! Bathroom was a little small. Great free amenities like slippers, dental kits, mineral water etc. The free shuttle from the hotel to 5 different... More

Facilities were delightful and easy to access, rooms clean and tidy and close to water and quays area. However if you looking to travel to the city or Sentosa the closest MRT stations are at least 1km away. Courtesy shuttle does deliver to orchard road so shopping has easy access.

First impressions were good we arrived early about mid day and our room was ready for. Reception and check in was good. The room was small but not a problem for us as we not in the room much furniture was good and comfy bed. Then we looked on the bathroom and was totally disgusted with the state of it.... More

We tried to cancel our reservation with this hotel (booked through priceline) because I just discovered I am pregnant and we wanted to change travel plans. They would not allow us to cancel (3 days in advance) without a note from my doctor (who I have not seen yet because I am on vacation) - so we went and stayed.... More

Our family (4 adults and 2 kids 2 y/o) stayed there 3 nights from 12/31 to 1/3. The hotel staff is generally friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is not close to any MRT station, so we basically go everywhere by Taxi. If you want a taxi, just tell the Concierge that you need one, and he'll press... More

I stayed there for 3 nights with my partner and it was enjoyable. The location is strategic with bus stops nearby. Upon check in we met Candice the manager there who assisted us with a wonderful service and allocated us in a spacious corner room with a nice view! Room did not look so new but clean and housekeeping was... More

The hotel is good for s night stay specially for Indian. The food doesn't have much variety be it breakfast lunch or dinner. The rooms are very small but have a beautiful view to the river and other buildings of Singapore. The only positive point I see it's very centrally located to visit the hot spots of Singapore.

Staying in The Quays

Neighborhood Profile
The Quays
From Marina Bay, a walk along Singapore River will take you through the three Quays of the city, each offering a very different atmosphere. Boat Quay features historical sites and a buzzing riverfront vibe. Clarke Quay caters to the party crowd, while Robertson Quay appeals to the leisurely wanderer. Weekends at Robertson Quay and Martin Road also give a peek into the lives of expats in Singapore, as the riverfront teems with joggers, dog walkers, and those getting their caffeine fix over brunch or enjoying a burger and a beer. No matter what you’re up for, the three Quays have something to keep you happy, day or night.
