We stayed 4 nights in a Premier Harbour Room which offers beautiful views of Marina Bay. The MO is right across the Esplanade and next to Marina Square shopping mall. The room itself was nice and comfortable but the bathroom's separate walk-in shower was a bit small and did not include a handheld shower head, just a fixed one. The... More

Obviously the hotel was fantastic (what you would expect from a 5*) however what really stood out was the breakfast! So much variety it really does appeal to all. Located near marina bay so easy to walk to all the great sights in Singapore. Great country, great hotel!

The staff were very helpful, they remember their clients' names which is kinda nice :) the hotel is very accessible as well to all forms of transportation (MRT, bus, taxis), it is near the marina bay mall, suntec and esplanade which is quite near the Merlion and 'hawker' restaurants. :)

The Hotel is well past its glory needs an upgrade at an early date without fail. The place looks old as compared many hotels in Singapore. I would still consider that the Hotel has very big rooms with a very good air conditioning system. The Cafe has a lot of food but not tasty. The room service is not upto the... More

The Hotel is fabulous and in an ideal location for sightseeing in Singapore. Every amenity is available. However, the hotel has one main fault. It is built around a large atrium. Noise carries throughout the hotel. The room doors are not adequately soundproofed. Listening to the wonderful pianist from our room at 11:30 pm is not what we had expected.... More

We stayed with our kids in the Premier Room . The room was spacious and basically decorated. It was odd that our welcome tray of fruit was empty and I am thinking the low vase with one orchid petal was missing a bloom? Not sure housekeeping had indeed finished the room. The bathroom was nice although the shower ran so... More

What a stunning hotel. Our room was the size of a one bedroom flat. I can't believe we only had one night there. Pricey but you get the luxury & service you expect from a 5 star hotel. Will definitely stay again.

Once again, I am reminded about the superiority of Asian hotels, as compared those deluxe hotels I have stayed at in Australia, NZ, and Europe (US included). Here service is taken to a higher level, where outside of Asia, no one else is truly capable of ascending, on a consistent, day to day basis. It's on the genuine smiles, the... More

Forget the Raffles and other hotels. This is the place for high tea in Singapore! We didn't stay in the hotel but stopped by for afternoon tea. We were disappointed with the tea at the Raffles (they serve tea bags not leaf tea!). The high tea at the Mandarin uses teas from TWG. There is a wide selection of leaf... More

We are currently staying here and thought I would take the opportunity to write a review. We have enjoyed our stay. Our room is comfortable and the bed huge (perhaps a little on the soft side). We have eaten breakfast at Melt which was exceptional with a vast array of food. We also enjoyed drinks in Axis and @Bay 5... More
