Upgrade to executive floor rooms and have access to Premier Lounge that serves a nice breakfast buffet and varied, tasty appetizers and drinks in the evening. Some evenings we skipped dinner. The hotel is pretty shaby for Novotel standard. I however like the location which is in the heart of Clarke Quay and within walking distance to Central. I love having dinner at one of the Japanese restaurants. Breakfast is good I stayed there during Moslem Ramdhan month and the room service was very helpful and nice more

Be very wary of this hotel. The rooms that are sold on the Accor website are not then supplied by the hotel as advertised. They hotel will then ask you to pay for 'upgrades' in order for you to then receive what you have already booked and paid for. Management is in on this scam and openly supports the practice.... more
