Good hotel, excellent location on Orchard road although can get a little busy. Swimming pool and area in need of updating. Staff courteous, the only down side is the speed of service now matter how much you do to prepare they take forever to check you in and out so leave at least 20 / 30 min to check out. more

The Meritus Mandarin is centrally located along Orchard Road. The lobby is quite busy but you get attended to quickly. Receptionists were attentive - they made sure everyone was attended to at the soonest possible moment.
