Decent for location. Room was small, smelt like it hadn't been used for a while. Small room for the price we paid. Overall, I will definitely come back because of good location and a few steps a way from train station.

Location ideal as in Chinatown. Amenities within walking distance. The only discomfort was the rude awakening by the loud garbage truck at three am in the morning which went on for the next half hour.

Small rooms right above the noisy street with very thin windows. I felt like we were part of the night life when we really only wanted some peace and quite. Next time, I will look elsewhere for accommodations.

I´m travelling alone, so the small room was no problem for me. also that it has no window was ok because i´m outside all day and come only in for sleeping, you have tv, aircon, bathroom, all clean and nice. the architecture looks like an old traditional chinese theatre, it´s dark and with lots of red colour. i like it... The hotel is located in the busiest are of Chinatown. It is the perfect location to explore Chinatown and also convenient to explore the city center and some nice street food corners. Decoration is very chinese stylish and beautiful. Rooms are quite small.

The room is very small, there is no place for my luggage! The bath room is fully wet area, there is no dry space for me to stand! (I'm 5'2"). However, i love the street food at the area and the walking distance to MRT.

Positives : great location, lovely interior, clean rooms, helpful & professional staff (don't expect a warm welcome or a smile though), tea & coffee facilities (not in the room but in corridor), we arrived at 10am and expected to get turned away until 2pm check in but we were told the room was ready and we could go up now... Staying in Chinatown

Neighborhood Profile
Chinatown
Chinatown is a classic combination of colorful sights, enticing smells, and sometimes startling sounds. The precinct is unique, however, in its blending of religions and cultures. A Hindu temple, an Islamic mosque, and a Chinese Buddhist temple sit almost side by side. This sense of cultural harmony continues as you venture just outside of Chinatown to the nightlife areas of Club Street and Duxton Hill. There you’ll mingle with Singapore’s multicultural residents at the modern bars and restaurants dotting the bustling streets. An afternoon in and around Chinatown will leave you culturally enlightened, well fed, and loaded with souvenirs. In the evening, reward yourself with a well-deserved cocktail as the locals come out to play.
